I have been frequenting this Dr. for the last year for my almost 2 year old, and myself. Their care goes above and beyond. They truly listen to you and your needs to be sure you receive the best care. If you have a little one the girls are so welcoming and always make me feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Nurse was very friendly and polite, so 2 stars tor that. The Dr. wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t care what the patient had to say regarding their body/symptoms. It was the almighty Dr has spoken and I don’t care about your opinion or concerns attitude. To me just very unprofessional and gives you the feeling that you’re not intelligent enough to know your body. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

The nurse practitioner and Dr Baysden are helpful and do not rush patients in and out seem to care and they have diagnosed some serious problems that needed a specialist or even be sent to hospital. The staff medical assistant some seem like take job serious but mainly it seems there in hurry and alot of times iv been in there and there is no one waiting in waiting room maybe 2-3 people but you can expect to spend up to ,2 hours waiting.but once you get called back its 15-20 appt.Front desk depending on who is working just remember it's a clinic people are there hoping to be treated with dignity and respect also to have our info treated confidential.The main front desk staff seems to have her hands full and has to put up with issues the rest of the staff may not realize which i can understand she can be frustrated at times but I try to understand and not take it personally.over all I believe they try their best with what they can.It seems to be there is not a lot of autonomy,they are just doing what they are told. The clinic is ran with alot of rules and regulations that must be done a certain way or else.that is my opinion.if it was ran independently I believe things would be different.but I am glad they are here and most of the time convenient. It's better to have to go to Chattanooga or Scottsboro when you just have minor illness or routine procedures.Dr Baysden very open to listening and helping.i haven't had. Interaction with nurse practitioner but I have heard that they also have good bedside manner and one diagnosed a serious illness in a friend of mine which I think is very impressive because it saved his life had she not taken the time to figure out what the problem was .I appreciate and many others do to .NSM Clinic.

Doctor dont seem to care or have time for you
Lady at desk hateful she did not make my return
appointment even though the doctor wrote return in 2 weeks would not make copy of my
medical records said she did not have time

I had an appointment at 3:15, there is a big sign about walk-ins have to wait, appointment take precedence. That apparently only applies if they don't know the walk-in, at 3:55 when I was next they took a walk -in ahead of me...I won't go back.

Love all of the girls, I think Dr. Baysden is a wonderful doctor. I have never had a problem with the clinic.
