Great food and a very friendly environment! If I had any complaints it would be that they are cash only. But they do have an on-site ATM. If you are wanting a great burger and a family friendly place, I highly recommend!

Its hard finding a place my husband actually likes and doesnt have a complaint about(being that we own a restaurant ourselves)... When i brought him home food from here today he absolutely loved it!!! He had the 20 piece wings with about 4 different sauces on the side because he wanted to try them all... They went above and beyond our expectations! Gave us big bowls of sauces, the wings cooked perfect, huge portion of chili cheese tots, the chicken livers was the freshest and best cooked livers ive had since my mother made them when i was a child!!! Everything was so fresh and amazing!!! We will definitely be making this our #1 place to eat!!!

The atmosphere is inviting. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful if you have questions. The owner is always there sitting and talking with the patrons which gives it a nice "home-feel" type atmosphere. There is plenty of parking but the restaurant itself is easily missed due to the lack of signs and the close proximity to another business. The food is wonderful, large-proportioned southern home cooking. The only thing that I don't like is they run out of certain items on the menu but overall I will recommend it and will be returning for some good old fashioned comfort food!

Didn't get my order in a timely manner. Failed to bring my salad until asked to. Others were told they were out of baked potatoes. I was never informed of this they just brought me French fries once they recooked my steak to the proper doneness that I ordered. After cooking it too well at first. Was under cooked when they brought it finally. I was still eating my meal when everyone else was eating dessert. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at this establishment.

I have being going to bama side since I was a little girl and have never been disappointed! The food always makes you feel at home and so do the employees! If you are ever on Sand Mountain and want some good southern cooking, you have to stop at Bamaside! I would go as far as to say this is my favorite restaurant on the planet! Its reasonably priced with great portions and a comfortable environment!

Ok folks, this is an out of the way place, on boarder of Alabama and Georgia, up in top of mountain. It is a family restaurant with Home cooking! Their fried chicken livers and chicken fingers were the best we've had in many years. And as well homemade cole slaw is momma's!! As I grew up on. Loved the kindness and care they showed as well. Go enjoy some old fashioned goodness!
