Awesome spot. The cabin was very clean and cozy. And the view! Man, what a view. The pictures do not do it justice. These cabins are very nice and I would recommend them to anyone. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough, it wasn't a deterrent to venture out. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Grant Summit Cabins, for a great and memorable vacation.

Charming cottage with incredible views of the Tennessee river. The cottage was clean and adequately stocked. Loved the seclusion of the place and especially appreciated the well maintained hot tub after long days of hiking. However my rating was influenced by lack of any contact with owners ( I appreciate owners who leave you be, but find a brief check in message very hospitable) as well as the myriad of rules emailed to me as well as posted all around the cottage. But overall this was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

Fish Tales cabin has amazing views. This was our 2nd time here with extended family (booked in my dad's name) and we had a fantastic time. It's obvious the owner takes great pride in his properties. (Whoever decided on the Bamboo mattresses for the bedrooms deserves a raise. They're great!) We did have a large number of ladybug visitors trying to escape the cold, but they were harmless. We wanted to make some good memories after a tough few months, and we did just that. Thank you.

Awesome awesome awesome!
This is definitely the place to be, for a little quick getaway! Beautiful views and really peaceful! We enjoyed our cabin for 3 nights and took advantage of every second of it! We will be back again!

Best views by far was our favorite part of this cabin experience. Nice cabin. Very clean. Nice hot tub

From the pictures and reviews of others these cabins look great, and based on reviews I have no doubt that they are awesome. I cant confirm that because we booked the cabin in advance and then came down with Covid on the Monday before our stay which was on a Friday. Not wanting to contaminate anything or possibly pass it to others we called to let them know the issue. We were told we were welcome to come stay and rest up and it would be fine with them but again, didn't want to risk passing on our Covid to anyone especially some unfortunate cleaning person. The owners said if we cancelled and someone rebooked within the week we would be able to get a credit to use within 6 months. Nobody rebooked the cabin and we were charged the entire amount of the stay, interestingly enough cleaning fee and all so I hope the cleaning crew enjoyed that easy payday.

We agreed to the cancellation policy when we signed up so that is totally on us, however it would have been nice since it was a medical emergency if there was some consideration on that part. You only get a full refund if you cancel 60 days before your stay and a half refund if you cancel between 60 and 30 days. We will totally have to keep that in mind when booking in the future in this current environment.

The privacy and the cabins are just amazing for the price. Rented the hummingbird for the weekend and just a must place to stay. Hot tub, fireplace, roomy, washer and dryer.

These cabins are amazing! It is one of the best views I have ever seen. It was so inviting and the kids loved the hot tub! We will definitely be back to stay again. Hopefully soon! I want to come back in warmer weather and see the bats at Nickajack and find some good hiking trails! Thank you for having us!
