The key maker isn't working so I wasted my morning. Then seeing I needed a shopping cart the lady asked where I was going thinking I was shoplifting. They need small hand held buggies, yet none were at hand. If you like rude service this is the place to go. And get your keys copied elsewhere as their machine is not working.

This store is amazing when it comes to certain items usually found online! This Walmart usually has the things that I am looking for that other Walmarts ONLY have for delivery-(not the most patient person.) I feel like I can always count on this Walmart to provide what I need when I find things online that I need and want! The only downside is that the amazing collection of items they have in stock, also attracts other customers making the line (incredibly) long... The staff are not the most quick that I have seen, and usually take quite a while to checkout items. This wait (with my personality of not being a patient person) makes this experience a lot less exiting. I feel that what I actually wanted to rate the Walmart is a 3.8, but in this case, I can't do that.

A very good store that fits the name of neighborhood market. Some of the females that work there shouldn't be working there but all in all those guys those young men they work effortless and they do a good job and they are very talented as well as sexy! If you want a shopping experience that will have you wanting to come back. I urge you to visit Walmart Neighborhood Market on Palisades Boulevard in Homewood. The renovations being made will give you a shopping experience you will never forget

We're experiencing a form of discrimination at this particular Walmart. As you can see, they're just hatching and making superficial repairs to the parking lot instead of going ahead as they do in other neighborhoods fixing the entire parking lot so that it can be presentable to the customers. Shame on you Walmart!

The store was clean and well stocked with no line or waiting. My only complaint was the parking lot, and I'm not sure why this is always the case at the particular store, but it was seemingly flooded. I had a pair of Nike slides on with socks, and because of the amount of water settled in the parking lot, my feet ended up wet.

The staff was incredibly rude at this location. An older black lady with red hair running the self checkouts might be one of the rudest people I have ever met. Management might want to get her in check before she assaults a customer. Ridiculous. Saw her verbally accost multiple customers for not noticing the (horrendously long) line that you couldn’t see from the main aisle perpendicular to the registers and if I wasn’t scared she would hit me I might would have said something. She did watch me rate the experience as 1 star on the self checkout register and scoffed. Maybe if she put that energy into keeping the store clean and stocked it wouldn’t be a disgusting mess.

My son has a service animal it's a cat and we had the cat on a harness with a leash in the cart with us. The manager informed us that we needed to take the cat to the car and we didn't have a covered box to put him in. She blatantly broke the law and Walmart policy on service animals. Walmart requires proof of registration for service animals.
