They are very different from Tigertown Chick fil A. When I was at the pick up ,window the clerk didn't speak, didn't verify my order, didn't say a word. Never had that to happen before. I asked for 8 sugars for my coffee and got 8 packs of salt. ????????????????????. I will definitely stick with Tigertown Chick-fil-A.

Like the well-oiled machine they are, the drive-thru was very quick even with the fact one of the cars readers went down. They do an outstanding job of getting you going again after you order.

I've eaten at chick-fil-A for at least 40 years. For the first time I have to give a bad rating. The fries were packed into the container to the point they were mashed. They were cold also. One of the 2 sandwiches was cold as well. Very disappointed.

By far, THIS IS THE WORSE CHICK-FIL-A I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE EVER EXISTED!!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGERS WITH A VERY NASTY, RUDE ATTITUDE ! THIS IS VERY ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS JUST TO SAY THE LEAST! Mr. ROBERT MCFADDEN YOU HAVE GOT TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY! WE HAVE GOT TO TALK PERSONALLY ASAP! I SPENT OVER 2 HOURS AT THIS LOCATION TONIGHT TO JUST TRY TO ATTEMPT TO FULFILL AN ORDER SUCCESSFULLY FOR A DOORDASH CUSTOMER AND IT FAILED DUE TO THIS GOD AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND MANAGERS! I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO UNTIL YOU MR. MCFADDEN DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I JUST CAN NOT! I AM COMPLETELY INNOCENT HERE AND I NEED YOU TO WATCH THE CAMERA FOOTAGE IMMEDIATELY! I HAVE 4 COLLEGE DEGREES, 12 YEARS OF HR/SAFETY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND A PREVIOUS RESTAURANT BUSINESS OWNER! I AM A SINGLE MOM WITH 2 CHILDREN AND MY YOUNGEST IS MY 2 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC SON! I CANNOT WORK WITH MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE IN MY FIELD DUE TO MY SON UNDERGOING 6 DIFFERENT THERAPIES PER WEEK AND NEEDS A LOT OF MY CARE & ATTENTION, I AM UNABLE TO WORK SO I DO DOORDASH, UBER EATS AND GRUBHUB FOR A LIVING WITH MY 2 CHILDREN!!! I GO TO THIS LOCATION EVERY SINGLE DAY TO PICK UP DELIVERY ORDERS AND TO EVEN PLACE ORDERS FOR MYSELF! THE LAST FEW MONTHS THIS LOCATION HAS HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT TONIGHT THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST!!! I WAITED FOR OVER 45 MINUTES FOR MY DOORDASH ORDER FOR THEM TO BE SO RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND FALSELY ACCUSE ME & SLAM THE WINDOW IN MY FACE! THEY KEPT TELLING ME THAT THE ORDER IS COMING 3 SEPARATE TIMES WHEN I HAD TO ASK AND THEN FINALLY AFTER 45MINS OF WAITING THENNNNN THEY DECIDE TO TELL ME THEY DO NOT HAVE A ORDER FOR MY CUSTOMER AND THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT DOORDASH!!! DONT YOU THINK YOU ALL COULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED ME OF THIS INSTEAD OF WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME AND INSTEAD OF HAVING ME WAITING PATIENTLY FOR 45MINS! YOU ALL COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ME THIS TO START WITH WITHIN THE FIRST 10MINS OF ME ARRIVING BUT NO! Y'ALL MADE ME WAIT 45MINS BEFORE TELLING ME THIS! DO YOU ALL KNOW I MISSED OUT ON 8 OTHER ORDERS BY DEALING WITH YOU ALL WASTING MY HARD EARNED VALUABLE TIME!! THEN I ASKED THE 2 MANAGERS ON DUTY FOR THEIR NAMES AND THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION TO ME, THEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNER'S CONTACT INFORMATION AND THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THAT INFORMATION EITHER AND THEN THEY SAID "LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELF" AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE AND CALLED THE POLICE ON ME WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY DOORDASH CUSTOMER AND WITH DOORDASH DRIVER SUPPORT! THIS IS COMPLETELY ABSURD BECAUSE I DID NOT DO NOTHING WRONG WHATSOEVER!!! THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES IN THE WRONG HERE! I REMAINED CALM AND HANDLED MY COMPOSURE VERY PROFESSIONALLY!!! I AM COMPLETELY INNOCENT AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE I CURSED THEM OUT OR FOUGHT THEM OR THREATENED THEM OR ROBBED THEM! I DID NOT EVEN RAISE MY VOICE OR NOTHING!!! CAMERA FOOTAGE AND AUDIO NEEDS TO BE WATCHED AND LISTENED TO SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THAT I DID NOT DO NOTHING WRONG HERE!!! IT WAS ALL THE 2 MANAGERS FAULT AND I NEED YOU THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME ASAP PLEASEE!!

MY MOTHER WORKED FOR CHICK-FIL-A FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS AND THIS IS BY FAR COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED! MY MOM AND I EVEN MET THE FOUNDER, TRUETT CATHY, BEFORE HIS PASSING AT THE CHICK-FIL-A HEADQUARTERS IN GEORGIA WHEN SHE WORKED FOR CHICK-FIL-A! I AM VERY WELL KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CHICK-FIL-A!! What else is there to say but Chic FIL A is superb in everything they do. Top notch food as well as service. Prices are ok. They general cost in inline with everything these days. But this fast food is worth it. I never had a bad or under whelming experience Ever!

I love this Chick-fil-A the staff is always understanding and nice. And food comes out pretty fast. I also can’t wait to go for my Friday dinner. I always look forward to it
