Worst experience I've ever had at this location. 8 o'clock at night, and the manager cleans the cooking station, and this place was packed. The waiter told us to sit at this booth and he would clean our table. 30 minutes, we looked at dirty dishes before the lady washing dishes came by and cleaned it. We sat for 45 more minutes before he took our order. He never turned to the cook and called it in. He was totally lost. The people sitting in front of us were fixing to leave, and the cook asked what they wanted, cooked it, and within 5 minutes, they were eating. People behind us finally got their food, and lastly, the cook asked our waiter if he had our order, and he flipped through his orders, and our food was cooked in five minutes too. If you have a couple of hours to wait, the food was great. Hopefully, the manager will hire more experienced and trained help.

One of my favorite Waffle House locations. The staff are always happy when people come through the doors. They attend to me even when it's extremely busy. The food is always cooked perfectly.

Great people!!! We were traveling and encountered a lot of stores that were not up to par like this one so we appreciate and recognize the effort that goes into this particular store. Great attitudes. Thank you!!!

They were short staffed extremely busy and this manager made her way to check on us multiple times. Sometimes we need to have alittle grace and patience for the staff that showed up to serve us. This manager welcomed us and apologized often. She is a true leader for her team and an example of what management should do.

Very clean fast restaurant. Lots of workers made good food fast to a lot of people. No wait or very minimal. Extremely friendly hostess ensured tables and customers were taken care of quickly. In these times this was impressive.

When a customer asks for scrambled, please take the time to do so. Don't just break the yoke,run the fork through it twice and call it scrambled eggs. Cause I'm here to tell you my eggs were not scrambled, more like shaken, and I ask for my bacon to be cooked all the way, and it was not

Ive been sitting here for 30 minutes. We finally got a server after 32 minutes. My coffee was cold straight out of the pot. The waffles were half cooked and not much bigger than an ego waffle. The girl that cleaned the table left syrup all over the table. She didnt seem to care. I had to wipe it down myself before I could eat.
Just paying my ticket to leave took 15 minutes. I will never be back. Two undercooked waffles, some bacon and cold coffee should NOT cost $20.

Waffle House has downgraded !! I asked for a large chili got a small chili the waitress didn't ask me if I wanted to drink I had to ask her for a drink then I had to leave the casino to go back for crackers and didn't have sour creme or ranch after they allowed an ignorant white man who was being loud and rude to the waitress to stay and eat. Everyone left. You might want to hire a new night crew. I won't ever be back to any waffle house.
