This popeyes in Atmore,Al is usually the best popeyes Ive been to except for the evening around 7pm on 8/15/23.I noticed the line was moving slower than usual that night.I heard someone in the drive thru chatting with an employee inside of popeyes.Thats not what got me.I usually get the 6 piece ghost pepper wings as my wife and I did that night.We got the meals with two sides each.I was staying at Windcreek.We got to the room and the chicken looked dehydrated and old,like it was out for hours.(It had been,anyone could tell that)The chicked looked so bad that I threw it away and to top that,THEY FORGOT TO GIVE US OUR SIDES!!Ill be back to this Popeyes but,this left a mark!!

So I was not expecting a great visit as McDonald's next door took a picture of my debit card and employee went on shopping spree and paid their rent, and waffle house visit last time was a nightmare I was so shocked and surprised. The cars wrapped the buiding it was busy! And everything including the service (jasmine) was excellent. To be that busy and still maintain great food and service was a welcomed surprise. Best Popeyes I've been to in a long while and I'm a Popeyes fanatic! Thank you, we will be back!

They were very busy and apparently short handed. The lobby needed attention, but our food was good. I'm glad my husband checked our order before we left because one item was missing at first.

Drive thru service terrible. Even with a mobile order I was in the drive through for 35 minutes. That’s crazy. Where’s the franchise owner? This is not like the other Faircloth restaurants. Workers just standing around while folks are lined up…

This is my "pit stop" when I head to Gulfport, MS from Montgomery, AL in the wee hours of the morning. This is at the Atmore, AL exit. The food is decent and the service crew has always been very friendly....Also, this is a good area to gas up.

Father's Day dinner was not good. Chicken was too hard. Server gave wrong order. Hubby had to drive 6 miles back to get more. Only received dark meat.

I used my mobile app???? my wait time was 2 minutes in and out; (the drive-thru had a line though) my order was hott and ready. Very good customer service as well.????

The chicken was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. And what's up with your biscuits??? They used to be delicious, but now they are hard and dry and just awful! And y'all are expensive! Don't think I'll be eating there anymore.
