Food was good. The cashier was very nice. She was brand new and didn't have a clue how to ring up a kids meal. She wasn't really getting help from other staff members. One of the staff members said the F bomb in front of my children. The tables weren't clean. The highchairs were so nasty. I had to go get my own wipes and clean one to use for my son.

Service sucks...food wrong, fries are cold...how do you mess up orders this bad...definitely not recommend to eat eat here...

It was bad! We have been there before and it was "better" than this. This was over the top bad service and a terrible atmosphere. The manager was totally frustrated and angry, even shouting and cursing at one or more of the employees. Sounded like it was because they weren't doing their jobs. The cashier was in so much pain she could barely take our order. Don't know why. There were people hanging around the front lobby area and seemed to be waiting on someone to get off work. It was incredibly tense, like a powder keg. We were glad to leave and most likely will never go back.

I've eaten at Jack's in Northern parts of the state before and didn't have the greatest memory, but this new location has definitely exceeded expectation. The Alabama white sauce chicken sandwich is delicious and the french fries are crispy and seasoned well. My only complaint is on both visits the chicken patty hasn't been very warm (I assume this is because they fry a bunch of patties in preparation and they sit under a heat lamp and cool down). Otherwise, this is a nice change from the usual fast food chains.

I have been to better jacks in other places then Atmore Alabama. First the positives. The hot fresh fries were absolutely delicious and the server who waited on us was efficient and friendly. my chicken was either overcooked or it sat under the warmer too long. My partner s chicken sandwich was also overcooked and was devoid of any condiment. Our two drinks only came with one straw, there were no napkins or ketchup packets until we had to go ask for them. I know it was the noon Rush on a Sunday but really! However I would say that my Smoky Mountain fudge milkshake was just like someone had taken fudge and made a milkshake out of it! Yummy.

Brought a chicken combo today,wasn't good, the biscuit was burnt hard as a rock,fries tasted like they were sitting for while. Chicken was the only thing that was ok.

The service has been good so far. I'm in love with their breakfast selections and the milkshakes. The biscuits are made fresh right there in the store. My only coming I have is the amount of salt they use on the fries. The seasoning is a lot and if they cut back a little they would be so much better.
My only wish was they opened a little earlier for the workers who start their day way before the sun comes up.

0 Stars! I stop by jacks everytime I'm in atmore I stopped by yesterday for a 3 piece fried chicken dinner I had 3 legs every piece of chicken was cold not warm cold! My biscuit was cold the green beans was mushy! The only thing was warm was my mashed potatoes it was disgusting and this is my all time favorite and only thing I eat from here it literally tasted like some cold chicken from the day before lost my whole appetite how could you serve cold food like that!
