It was busy. The workers were working but one was complaining (not the manager on duty) the whole time about how the others were doing. He needs a course on customer service. They were working fast and trying to fulfill the oders as quickly as they could. The manager nor the workers would provide his name. Other customers walked out because of his unprofessional attitude. Obviously he needs the job just like the others. You lost customers today and maybe even returning customers. I know I won't be back. The one in the back of the one my complaint is who this complaint is directed to.

This taco bell is usually pretty good. However this day the food was cold/ warm when I got it and my wife's burritos had basically no temperature to them indicating being cooked and ready to eat. My chicken quesadilla was cold and warm, so half I ate on the road the rest I warmed up later at home.
Customer service was polite but not what it's normally like. Clean restaurant and bathroom and all the condiments were full as well as napkins, so definitely a plus. We just warmed the food up when we got home in the microwave, so wasn't a complete loss.

Service from employees here is Top notch. Possibly the friendliest Taco Bell we have Been to, and their work ethic is above and beyond. With communication and a steady flow of keeping bust while Still keeping customers feeling they matter❣️

Food is fresh and hot and oh so good.
No regrets, no food tossed out.

This drive-thru is popular with long line but looked to move efficiently.

Thank you all for your hard work and great attitudes. Much happiness your way.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for my money back. 5 people working, only 2 were making food. The others were standing around. One on her phone.

This was our first time in quite a while stopping at a taco bell. The lobby was closed. We spent almost $20 for two chicken quesadilla meals and the tortilla was half empty. Awful experience. We won't be going back to any taco bell stores in the future.

All I can say is worst experience ever I've lived in this town for 30 years and I have NEVER been more embarrassed about our little small town until I stepped foot in this "fast food restaurant" more people inside working then I've seen pre-covid line wrapped around building 3 people inside including myself they lied to drive thru saying computer went down and the other employees got mad at the girl saying "OMG now all the other white people are gonna come inside" all I can say is I have been trying to find the owner to this Taco Bell not the manager Bec she did nothing about it stayed in her little office

If I could give zero stars, I would. Order was taken and they didn't fulfill it for almost 30 minutes. It got skipped. When it was made, the tacos were literally thrown in a bag with half the contents spilled out. To top it off, a customer brings their dog into the designated eating area.

It's Taco Bell but they did a good at what they do. I thought my tacos were short on ground beef but overall tasted good. The service was polite, professional and quick.
