I live less than a mile from this one and it used to be my favorite, but recently EVERY SINGLE time we order it is incorrect. Our 20 piece nugget only had 16 and were very stale. We got honey mustard instead of hot mustard ???? The morning shift people are so sweet and the food is good, but lunch and afternoon.. forget it. My food should still be warm when I only live like less than a mile away.

The lady was super rude to me this morning and made my $7 drink wrong. When I asked her to correct it she just took it inside and added more ice and changed cups and still didn't add everything I wanted. From now on I'll just buy my iced coffee somewhere else and I hope she has a blessed day. I won't give them any more of my hard earned money. ????

I absolutely hate this place. I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 30 years and they can’t keep no good workers at the McDonald’s in this area. The people are extremely rude and have no manners or nor do they respect their elders. Please call the governor please call the mayor tag them on this post. Let them see if they need to get rid of McDonald’s over here.

The coffee was hot but the service was slow and the person that was in the drive through hair was every were and greasy. Look
Like he just woke up and we saw his boxers because he didn't have a belt on. Was
Nerves tomtake
Coffee because I didn't know if it was clean. He was a supper nice person and provide great customer service.

The drive thru worker was rude. She said she had no idea how to work the mobile order and then said to her manager that I called her a b word which was a totally lie. The manager then was rude to me and refused to help the situation.

Stood in the drive thru line for 15 mins on the left side while 4 cars that were there after me got their orders taken. Paid for Mac sauce on my burger didn’t get any. Food was nasty but it was hot ????????u200d♀️

This McDonald's has lost its mind. They are now charging 50 cents extra just to add mayo to a McDouble. Just regular old mayo. Lol. I guess they will eventually nickel and dime us to death.
