The playground is quite large and a lot of fun. There are many slides. There were many families here to enjoy the playground.

Stopped in to grab some food on my lunch break and had the misfortune of encountering one of the rudest people I've ever met. The old, Caucasian lady who brought me my food, laid it on the counter and walked off without acknowledging me. However she forgot my drink, no big deal, I work customer service so I make it a point to be overly nice to others, especially those on the food industry. So I patiently wait for her to come back and kindly asked for my drink. Well she looks at me like I'm lying, rolls her eyes and storms back to check my order, afterwards she reluctantly brings me the drink and slams it on the counter and storms off again. At this point I'm somewhat shocked by the interaction but still asked if I could get some sauce for my onion rings I ordered. She proceeds to tell me no, I need to pay for it and to get in line. I wouldn't have minded doing so but the way she spoke to me was appalling. She should not be working in any field involving the public. I wish I had gotten her name but I was too hungry.

Don’t even care to get my money back. I only want the time I wasted, waiting on this huge fleck of feces. Oh & you forgot my poppers.

Second time I’ve been served old, hard meat within two weeks. Same company, different stores. I suppose it’s time to give up on “royalty”…everything is wrong. Undercooked fries all the time, different locations. Old meat, hard and disgusting..different locations. Always forgetting stuff. DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. Do you see where I’m going with this?

I can’t do this anymore. It’s not me, it’s you. But no hard feelings luv. Take care!

Restaurant doesn't have enough workers so it's rare that the dining room is open...And, when it's open you don't really feel safe while you're there...

Today we dining with kids, food ok French Fries are fresh and hot. Lack of employee but don't mind to wait for food while kid have fun play out door.
Issues for today is coke its bad not sweet enough I only test of co2.

Best playground in Oxford! Service is great, the store is run efficiently and the food is good too.

Amazing service. We went on 4.7.23 the gentleman that took our order and handed out our food was, kind, professional, and efficient as was ever employee we encountered. A pleasant experience!
