Cashier went out of her way to get my order correct and was very friendly. Love this store. Went back again and the manager was also very pleasant. Great food, great service...please don't change a thing!!

This bran new location is hit and miss. Depending on the crew and time of day...you never know if it's going to be really good or if it's gonna be a dry gross burger

Went through the drive through for a ham biscuit and coffee. The biscuit was extremely thin and fell apart while eating it. The ham was full of fat and gristle. Coffee was warm but not hot. I will not be going back to this store. If I had eaten inside the food would have been taken back.

First time eating at this restaurant. Although it was somewhat busy, she took the time to explain all of the options and sides! Great food & customer service!

I used to eat there all the time when the new owners was there I stopped there the other day it was terrible just terrible thanks for nothing will never come back thank you and have a blessed day

I'm from out of state and was told Jack's was the place. To be honest I don't see the hype. Fries wasn't done with no seasoning. Chicken sandwich was basic and they forgot the bacon. I would recommend gas station food over this place.

So amazing we get 10 chicken sandwiches in a hot bag because they don't have Jack's in Florida. My boys love it.
