Only reasons for 3 stars and not 1 or zero.this was a door dash order btw. 1. Food did arrive hot and all accounted for. 2. The plan lo mein and fried rice were decent wasn’t good and wasn’t bad. Now what I give ZERO stars, the Chicken with broccoli, the chicken was slimy and nasty zero flavor. They somehow managed to even cook the flavor out of the broccoli(photo of what’s going in the trash below). Probably would never order here again.

Food was barely warm. The pork wontons were old, breading was chewy and hard, no flavor. The hot and sour soup was not spicy or sour! Such a disappointment and the chicken and broccoli while a great portion was not very flavorful. If you dont want or like flavor this place is for you. But I want more authentic flavors and spices.

Terrible. The chicken was old they just added Sauce on top of it. Charge 3.50 for 5 small shrimp. Overall terrbile

Coming to this restaurant was not a good experience in the slightest. We came with my grandmother to celebrate my father's birthday, and the service was horrible and the food was sub-par. When we were seated, nobody came to take our order for 20 minutes, despite us being the only patrons in the entire restaurant. The waitress brought us drinks, took our order, and was generally very apathetic and rude throughout the entire encounter. Another group came in and were seated shortly after, and got their food at the same time my grandmother and father did. But my food? It took another ten minutes to get. We tried to flag our waitress down by saying "excuse me ma'am?" and her immediate response was "It's coming," without even looking at us or coming over to the table. When the food came out, it was lukewarm, and not what I had ordered. I ordered pepper steak, and what I was given definitely was NOT pepper steak. The fried rice was bland and had no flavor, the steak was tough and chewy, and the sauce it was in made it and the onions/peppers it was with very slimy and added no flavor or texture. Not a damn bite of pepper in the entire dish.

The only reason I'm not giving one star is the environment was pretty, despite our waitress repeatedly vacuuming while we were trying to have a conversation.

Paid almost 30 bucks for a bunch of rice and dry breading. Even got the house rice to get the good stuff. No shrimp, very few peas, just terrible. Been eating there 30 years and always eat until you are full and look forward to leftovers the next night. Just tried to warm it and just dry as cardboard and the beef tough and stringy.

4 vegetarian options, GOOD FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered 30 minutes prior to pick up over the phone. We confirmed the order and I let her know twice that I will be there in 20-30 minutes. I ordered 4 spring rolls and 2 vegetarian bean curd. I ended up waiting 20 minutes after I arrived because they didn't start making the food until after I got there. Ridiculous and very disrespectful of other's time. She did not apologize for the delay either...

Food was pretty good. My only complaint is that the sauce on the chicken + vegetables was a bit thin, so the sauce didn't really stick to the chicken or vegetables.

Fried rice was good, decent amount of vegetables.

Hot and Sour soup was VERY hot and tasted pretty good. It could have been just a tiny bit more spicy/sour.

Will return.

This place has gone down hill and my family will never be back. Yesterday, my disabled mother went to pick up a to go order, and she was treated with such disrespect. I understand that everyone is having a hard time and is short staffed, but there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. The CHILD behind the counter responded, "too bad" to my mother when she asked for something. My mother also tried to speak to another employee for help, the CHILD told her, "He's a Mexican, he can't understand anything you are saying, and I'm tired of translating for him". This was so disrespectful to my mother as a customer, and the employee working his shift. I was absolutely appalled and my mother was almost in tears when she told me. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars.....I would.
