This was the first time I visited this particular store in which I had a BAD experience. When I found the items I needed, I went to check out and the item rung up differently than was on the shelf, so the OLDER white lady with grey hair, that was was standing behind the young man that was ringing me up went to see where the items were and true enough they rung up different than on the shelf. I told her I would pay for what’s on the shelf and she said they have to change the price, which it rung up more than was on the shelf , so I left the store and the items. I didn’t think she was an employee at that age.

If you guys know me, I hate rating with a single star. Every time I go into this store it's very unorganized. There's usually less than two people working. Merchandise is scattered all over the place. My most recent trip here was to purchase two, 20 oz Coke zeros for my wife. They had a single cashier and at least seven or eight people in line.

I placed my drinks in a cooler and walked out the door. I understand the in store warehouse is small but there has to be a better solution than bringing carts of merchandise on to the sales floor limiting access to anything behind them. These carts also add to the clutter. I won't be going back. Video coming soon.

The only employee I saw in the store who was the cashier, was outside all the time I was in the store smoking with another guy. The store was extremely messy. No much stuff in the shelf. Floor had a lot of gum stuck.

It's so frustrating because this store was amazing months ago. I had to update my review.

Awesome place to picnic at the end of their sucluded parking lot on our way home from vacation. The worker were friendly and the store was moderately clean. Great atmosphere inside and out.

Stuff that was supposed to be in the freezer was out in the middle of the isle and it was ice cream. I touched the box and it was so soft and it was already melted. They have new workers in there and the workers don’t know that they are doing

Very disorganized. Shelves a mess. Carts in the aisles. Used to be one of my favorite places to shop. Would not ever shop there again, even if I could.

Was given an official No Trespassing warning because I argued with the cashier about her not giving me a receipt for 6 items totaling $19.51. Then when i asked for a refund she told me no receipt/no refund. The cashier talked to the manager on the phone several times. But the mgr refused to talk to me. Was told she would be in in a half hour (11:30 a.m.) 20 minutes later I was informed she wasnt scheduled to come in until 3 or 3:30 p.m. I was asked to leave the store or the police would be called. I chose to stay & talk to the police. I found out the customer is not always right & couldnt even give my side. It was then that I was issued the official No Trespassing warning that if I ever set foot in the store again, I would be arrested. I havent been able to reach the mgr - no one answers the phone & no way to leave a message. My next step is to contact the corporate office. Very rude employee s, to say the least..

They had what I went in for. The cashier was nice. The customers I met were so kind. They paid for a candle that I had put back, because I didn't want to go to car for for money. Just wanted to give a shout out to General Dollar shoppers.

I have called 5 or 6 times to ask a question. No one ever answers the phone. Went in one morning before work, left purchase on counter. No one came to ring me up. Unorganized.
