I deeply appreciate having an equipment rental facility in Willow. Jim has always been friendly and his equipment is maintained very well. Everything works and runs great.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They diffently take care of there customers and it shows right when you walk in the door. Good selection of well maintained tools and equipment available for rental. Very reasonable price points and customer service to get the job done.

This weekend was my second time renting from Jim. First was his Case 550 when I did snow removal. This time was his T550 bobcat. Both times has been a GREAT experience with top grade equipment and customer service. The delivery fee was comparable and better then the big guys such as biglake rental, ABC rental etc. Like having a local great quality company to support. Keep up the good work y'all.

Jim was very helpful, he went above and beyond the call of duty!! I needed my equipment for a Sunday project, my time frame was a very short window, which Jim was happy to accommodate, although his wife would probably disagree lol. The previous renter was late using his equipment, so Jim called me to let me know not to worry, but he would get it to me, and sure enough at 9:30pm it was delivered ON A SATURDAY!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!! I was able to complete my project with total success!

I was fortunate to find this place. NOT having to drive into the Valley or even Anchorage to rent equipment is sooo sweet. Willow Equipment rental has a huge choice of skid steer and other heavy equipment. They even have Rob, one of the owners who will do some of your work for a nominal fee. Thanks, Rob. Jim and Rob and their wive's are easy to work with. Thanks for making my job a whole lot easier. Did I mention how great it was to not have to drive to the Valley or Anchorage for equipment rentals.

They have terrible customer service and have overcharged me after cancelling the rental on their own. They charged me for 1.5 days when I didn't even have the equipment for a full day. They charged me for gas even though they delivered the equipment with less than full gas and they charged me for things they did on their own. I will never rent from them or recommend them to anyone. They break their word and then steal as much money from you as they can.

Told us he would sell us a skidsteer bucket for $1200 we showed up and he said his wife can’t sell it for less then $1500
Wasted a days time a 400 miles round trip!
