Wish I could give zero stars. Went to this pharmacy when my regular pharmacy was out of stock of my prescribed medication. They made me feel ashamed for having pain. After driving out of my way 2 days in a row once to drop off the prescription and the next to pick it up as I did not want to wait the two hours the first day after waiting over 30 minutes in line. I returned next day waited another 30 minutes in line only to be told when I got to the counter that my insurance would only cover 7 day supply of the medication and that’s all they would give me even though I had a prescription for a 30 day supply from my doctor. I explained I didn’t have the time to be coming there once a week for medication and it is pretty far out of my way from where I live. I said I would pay out of pocket and they said no they would not do it. Isn’t it my choice to use my insurance or not. Apparently not and what about people who do not have insurance. This was all after a long day at work of which I am a high school teacher not a drug addict or seeker whatever you want to call it as they made me out to feel like. Worst experience of my life. Will never come back to this store/pharmacy.

I went into the store to grab a perfume that I saw was on sale online. I went to go find an employee to help me get it out of the case and I asked if she could price match their online price and she told me no. She said the prices are different to encourage online shopping. So I said to her, “so you’re saying I have to order this online and come back in less that 30 minutes to get it for this online price?” And she told me yes. I left the store and googled Walgreens price match policy and indeed you guys do price match with your online prices. I was pretty frustrated that they made me have to come back the next day to pick up my item.

I’ve had it with this place. Used ‘em for years, and was never impressed… but waiting twenty minutes at the drive up windows to DROP OFF a routine paper scrip AFTER the first interaction is the last straw. The guy at the window actually asked, “have you had these filled here before?” Yeah dude… every 90 days for five years. The service is abysmal, their software is awful, and the wait times are excessive by any standard. Oh, and the pharmacy is closed for lunch for an hour in the middle of the day… ridiculous. I’m out. Do yourself a favor and fill prescriptions elsewhere, as i should have years ago.

Wish I could give zero stars. Very rude and unfriendly on the phone. When I got to the pharmacy, Angela was at the front and did not greet me. When I said I was picking up a ready prescription she just stared at me, I gave my birthdate. Stared. She did not ask if I need instructions for the prescription. What a joke.

Zero stars. Highly unprofessional. Purchased nebulizer by Rx only 3 days before it stopped working. It was the only thing that saved my life the night prior, before paramedics arrived. Needed to use nebulizer the next night to avoid another life threatening event, so my husband called the Walgreens Wasilla night manager and was abruptly denied. She stated we had to call the nebulizer manufacturer (in Mexico at 8pm AK time on a Sat.). She refused to swap out the defective device, nor allow us to purchase a replacement without a new Rx (again, too late to reach anyone). She was downright rude, and my husband got upset because of my urgent need for a working nebulizer that Walgreens would not provide. Considering the nebulizer and Rx were only 3 days old, she should’ve simply exchanged it, or allowed us to purchase another. My husband even promised to obtain a new Rx by Mon morning. She literally hung up on my husband. We are reporting her to her supervisor, and the corporate office. Something could have, and should have been done in an emergency situation given Walgreens sold us a faulty medical product in the first place. Thank God it at least didn’t fail the night prior, or I would’ve died. Obviously, Walgreens has lost all our future business.

I hate to give bad reviews but I seriously have to budget a minimum of 30 minutes anytime I go pick things up from Walgreens. Even with no one in front of me, it’s a minimum of a 20 minute wait.

Less than 1 star really. I needed to drop a box off for FedEx to pickup from this Walgreens location. The store I was sending the return to sent me an email with three easy steps. Step 2 was go to this Walgreens location. Step 3 was for a Walgreens associate to scan the QR code from the email and print the shipping label. The Walgreens associate didn't want to assist me from the beginning. I was holding a huge box, I asked if I could set it down so I can show her the email. She didn't give me a place to set it down, so I set it on the floor. Then I showed her the email. She said they do not have a printer. Then she said she doesn't have an email for me to forward the shipping label. Very poor customer service. I will not be going back.

Waited over half an hour in the drive through line with only one vehicle in front of me. Assumed maybe they filled multiple prescriptions but then I pulled up to the window and was not acknowledged for over ten minutes. This is not the pharmacist staff fault they appear to be working hard but they are not adequately staffed.
