Took our daughter for her 8th birthday. Apps came quick then nothing as we watched other tables get seated, served and leave. Took 40 minutes. Food was cold, portions were weird.They did sing happy birthday right as we got our food but we just got to-go plates and left. Got home and found I was given the wrong burger...... 3rd time Red Robin has failed to deliver.

We had a great time at lunch today. The burgers, fries and chicken were all delicious. We had Root Beer Floats for dessert which were also really good.

I don’t get the chance to eat at Red Robin very often but every time I do, it is extremely satisfying.

my husband and I went here for an anniversary lunch and the service was absolutely amazing!! our server was Adam. he was attentive, super nice and fast. I had an allergen question and he asked a manager (we saw the manager look up the ingredients and everything to verify). highly recommend this place if you’re dairy/gluten free! also the sunrise lemonade is a 10/10 ????????

When this Red Robin first opened, it was honestly the worst one in the state. As time has gone by, this one has easily become the best one in Alaska. The food is always good, the restaurant is clean and well organized, and finally, the service has improved drastically. Service is still sometimes a miss, especially when it gets busy, but for the most part, it is pretty good.

I didn't like the garlic fries. The flavor of the garlic was off. However, the burger was outstanding. I ordered the classic and loved that it wasn't messy. The meat was cooked done and was nice and moist, not running juices down my arm. The raspberry lime lemonade was wonderful with no chemical taste.

Our waitress was MIA a majority of the time. We used the assistance button on the ”tablet” at our table, even then she took 21 mins to come to our table. We had to make eye contact and wave her down to get her attention, so not sure what good the assistance button and flashing light does.

When we asked if we could get a refill on the “bottomless fries” which we counted only a total of 11 cold, hard, stale tasting fries, she made an eye roll as she was turning away. The first burger brought out was not the burger ordered and when she went back to fix it, again it was NOT the correct burger. We let her know and nothing was done.

The other disappointment was the steamed broccoli my son ordered. It wasn’t even steamed and there was only ONE piece of broccoli. So your kids deciding to eat healthy u003d getting ripped off. A bit ridiculous.

Between the mistakes, the one piece of broccoli, our waitresses attitude and the lack of service, we were left pretty unsatisfied and disappointed.

Service was great, we were checked on consistently with quick followup on anything we needed. Super friendly waitress. The food was of great quality and came to my table quick. The freckled(?) lemonade was amazing. The salad was good, although the ranch tasted really watered down and the lettuce was a bit questionable sometimes. Thats pretty normal though, everything else was great.

Great food. Great service. Attentive staff and a clean restaurant. Likely the best burger menu in the state. And the drink menu was fun with cool choices. Always a winner at Red Robin Wasilla, Alaska. #Yum
