Absolutely amazing food here! The smell of all that freshly made bread is enough to make anyone salivate! The place has a very welcoming and homey vibe to it and every employee we came into contact with was very polite and kind. Be prepared to wait a few minutes for your order but the wait time was not horrible at all and the food was definitely worth a 15 minute wait!! I will most definitely be coming here for more soup and sammys!!♡

Great soup and bread, I've wanted to come here for a while. Now the place is quite slow with 4 employees and all I ordered was soup and when I went to inquire.... Everyone I could see was packaging up breads and other things to sell. The older lady wasn't nice when I politely inquired why my soup took so very long. The wait is something people should know.... It shows on other reviews. Good stuff, but be prepared for poor customer service especially from the older lady.

Everything here is absolutely delicious. The Turkey Curry sandwich is amazing. The homemade bread is so soft and tasty. Try the sunrise baguettes! The salads are HUGE! Enough for two meals.

A nice selection of sandwiches, and warm, creamy soup! Had a fantastic lunch from these guys, and took some apple cinnamon coffee cake home for later! Great selection of homemade breads and cinnamon buns, mmmm.
Highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVE this place. We love the food, the environment, and the customer service! We appreciate the family feeling in this quaint family cafe. The bread is amazing, and so fresh! We appreciate that THEY appreciate first responders ???? and this picture is of their pumpkin bread, yummy!!

My family enjoy coming here once in a while for a terrific soup bowl, to buy the delicious baked breads in which there are impressive choices to choose from and to have one of your lunch specials.

Best bread in Alaska. I was thinking about driving from Anchorage just to go get a loaf of sawyer dough bread but not open late nor Sundays.

Nice little bakery and eatery. Be sure to check out the different loaves of bread they offer. Good service and pretty reasonable prices too.
