Delicious food close to the port! The jumbo crab claw did not disappoint. The sampler had halibut, shrimp, and salmon with some of the most delicious french fries I have ever put in my face. There's no WiFi, but the food is certainly worth the stop. There's a shuttle stop nearby that will take you back into downtown.

Super great place right on the ship port. Easy to get to. Food was fresh and very tasty, had a lot of spice. Had an Alaskan cider which was very fresh. The Alaskan crab bisque was fabulous!!

I love travelling to Skagway for day trips! Skagway Fish Co is the go to place for a great restaurant atmosphere by the water with great service and food.

The staff work so hard to please even when huge throngs of folk come off the cruise ships, Admiral Lindsay and the rest of the staff are still serving up smiles and great service when the place is packed.

They have a large selection of food and drink options, there is both indoor and outdoor seating.

From an accessible patrons point of view, there is a ramp to enter the restaurant, seating is offered while waiting for a table, and the washroom is accessible. However the bar isn’t accessible and they don’t offer accessible parking spots which is disappointing.

It’s worth the wait to come and try this Skagway gem!

We came to Skagway on a cruise, and this place was one of the recommended food places. It's a bit out of the way, by the pier farthest from downtown. Maybe a 15-20 minute walk from downtown. Note the entrance is on the water side. We approached from the back and saw a sign pointing us to the right direction.

They have a 2 sided covered porch before the main entrance with outside seating, mainly 2-4 people tables with one area to the side that looks like it's for larger parties. When you walk in, there's a waiting room with a counter at the back. The lady there asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. After telling her inside, she seated us at a 6 person table under one of the ceiling fans.

The inside is dimly lit, with lots of decorations on the walls and ceilings. As I mentioned, there are ceiling fans too. There is a bar with high chairs, as well as booths, 6-people round tables, and 2-people booth/chair tables. There were also 2 larger corner booths thay could probably fit 8-10 people at a squeeze. Note there are a good number of flies flying around, the ones that seem typical of a seafood restaurant.

Our server was friendly and attentive. She automatically gave us more time when she saw we were still looking at the menu when she served us drinks. When we put our menus down, she was quick to come over and take our orders. She was also quick to notice when our water was running low and refilled without us having to ask. To pay with card, the server used a handheld machine to read the card and gave it to us to give tips and approve the payment.

All the food we got was delicious. The prices were a little bit high, but seemed on par for a seafood restaurant in a tourist town. The Halibut Fish n Chips were good. The fish was soft and a little juicy, not very crunchy on the outside. They used just enough batter and they weren't too oily. The Mermaid Halibut Sandwich was also good, not too salty, and you can taste the fish's natural sweetness. Note that they serve the sandwich veggies on the side, so you can choose how much to put on your sandwich. The french fries were a little too salty, but were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Overall, good food and good service. Would probably come again.

I wanted to like this place a lot because everyone said it was really good. The food is pretty good for a small town, but nothing you can’t get elsewhere. I went on my birthday and was hoping it would be a special treat since it tends to be more expensive than other places in town. But I came away feeling a bit uneasy. I felt that the service was a bit cold and odd. The server was not attentive or friendly at all throughout the course of the experience. I felt rushed through the courses and after a rushed dessert, at the end of the meal, instead of giving me the bill or letting me see the total price of the meal he verbally asked me how much I wanted to tip! Caught off guard and put on the spot, I said a percentage way higher than I would have if I’d been able to do so in a less awkward way. I came away from the experience feeling honestly a bit scammed. In my opinion, for the price it’s not really worth going back.

We just had our wedding anniversary dinner here. The whole team from the servers to the kitchen staff to the bar staff made our anniversary amazing.

Peter. The chef in the kitchen goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your meal. Ryan made us feel like family.

We will definitely be back.

Really hoping they start serving breakfast brunch here….. Dan (hint hint, hint)

Went in for a late lunch and there was about a half an hour wait if you got on the list. We skipped and snagged two spots at the bar and were immediately served. Tried the "crab bisque" and the "garlic butter clams with toasted bread" to go along with a glass of white wine.

The bisque was good yet different than I expected - it tastes like they thickened it with bread. The clams were perfect and addicting (expect to order some more toasted bread to mop up all the goodness).

Finally after a year of waiting they are now open! Ordered King Crab Bisque bowl for $11.00. It taste good,not sure if it would be better if it had a different texture like croutons or crackers. For Entree we ordered the Platter. Everything was good up to the last bite. Fries are super crunchy, shrimp and salmon were juicylicious and moist. Service is fast. Will definitely go back and will always will. Thank you for doing this business
