Great start to the day! Off the cruise we need some coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. My wife loved the coffee and 2 kids and Dad loved the hot chocolate! Amazing Hot chocolate! Put it on the list before you venture out from the city. Grab a fried dough next door too!!!!!! Wow!

Went to Glacial Coffeehouse on a Sunday and it was kind busy but no huge line up. The lady who took our order is efficient but not friendly. The lady whom my husband was trying to get her attention so he can change my order to decaf, did not attend to him even though my husband already made an eye contact to her. Coffee is good brownies 3 stars maybe. Store and bathroom not clean. I will give 4 stars to the coffee and their accuracy.

Probably the best option for coffee in Skagway. Large cafe with plenty of seating.
Lots of different coffee options, and there’s a full food menu too.
Coffee is great ! And service is super friendly.

Not many options for espresso in skagway, but this is one! Decent coffee and excellent smoothies! Not the best coffee shop vibe, but you can’t really be picky in such a small town. On busy ship days, the place is pure chaos and it’s much more of a grab and go place than somewhere to sit and enjoy.

Awesome coffee shop in Skagway. The breakfast sandwiches were good and they serve better coffee/smoothies than on the cruise ship.

A heads up: indoor seating is limited (approx. 26 seats)

I was just passing through, but this place caught my eye for mich needed coffee. There's not many ways to make a coffee, but somehow, I always make it complicated. However, the lady who rang me up did an AMAZING job. I wanted actual coffee, not this foofoo milk stuff kids drink now a days, with just a splash of cream to protect the stomach. And I wanted a cold drink, but not watered down with ice, and I wanted to actually have a drink, not a cup of ice. And then we decided to add Carmel bc what the hell. Great call, and the ratios were perfect, especially bc I added my own cream, which seems to have gone away after covid.

Overall pricey, but for a small town with great service, I didn't mind paying the $9 for the small drink (plus add in).

They were very busy and line out the door, but orders were taken swiftly (even with all the discussion). The wait to get the drink took a bit, and there isn't much room inside. I think I got there as a cruise let out, so maybe it was more busy than usual for a Sunday.

Would definitely recommend if you need coffee in town, based on service alone.

What a sandwich. Grabbed a bit to eat while waiting for our tour to start. I got the Turk Bac Club and my wife got the Turk Pesto. That was one amazing sandwich. You can taste the fresh Turkey, definitely not store deli slice, but real oven baked Turkey. Soft bread. I would recommend anyone looking for a quick bite to try this place. They are fast as well. Maybe 5 min from order to food and they where packed, no tables left and a line out the door.

Dare I say.. Best coffee shop in all of Alaska?! Baristas take pride in what they make, have an excellent selection of treats, and have some interesting merchandise. Love that the baristas are chatty and engage with the tourists. If we had more time, would have loved to curl up with a book in the back while mainlining espressos.
