Amazing food and extremely personable owner!!

We stopped for brunch and had one savory and one sweet crepe, sharing each between two people. They were large, but so good that I could have eaten them on my own!

We came at a busy point, so waited a little for food, but it was sooo worth it. We also had the rare opportunity to speak with one of the owners/chefs. (She’s normally busy making one crepe after another!) Lovely lady with amazing stories.

I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I ate breakfast here and had the most relaxing morning. I was solo as my husband was off hiking a glacier. I had a ham, spinach, and cheese crepe with Dijon mustard. Delicious, and the owner makes them right in the dining area. They have excellent coffee and a selection of cookbooks to peruse. I will definitely go back for one of their sweet crepes.

Wonderful family owned restaurant and inn. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the delicious crepes before heading out fishing in the bay each morning. It’s rustic and not ritzy, just what we needed for a nice vacation!

We came here for breakfast after seeing the rave reviews for the crepes. They exceeded expectations for both sweet and savory entrees.
Good things will come to those that wait their turn at Le Barn Appetit Inn & Creperie. Love and care go into making these crepes, so patience will pay off for those willing to wait for them. After all, each order is hand made by the owner herself. This is a small kitchen, one person crepe making operation.

I can't speak to the Inn because we didn't stay there, but we did come in one morning for crepes at the restaurant. What a fantastic Seward experience! We could tell that this place was an institution. The owner has been doing this for decades. I will say, leave some time for the experience, this is not for those in a hurry. But it will be worth the wait!

Just came here for breakfast (savory crepe du jour) and had a lovely relaxing time. Definitely don't come here if you're on a schedule, because if it's busy, then you'll wait a long time for your crepes, which are made carefully two at a time. Self-serve bottomless coffee is a plus. Decor is interesting and eclectic with enough to keep you occupied while you wait. Staff and chef are friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I had a lovely, relaxed breakfast here on a late morning. We’re both not big crepe people but very much enjoyed our crepes du jour, mine with ham and my husband’s with reindeer sausage. Cool decor and lovely chef making crepes right in the main dining area. Felt very French :)

While driving from Seward toward Anchorage, we were thrilled to have stumbled upon this off-the-beaten-path gem for breakfast. The crepes were hands down the best ever….and that says a LOT having lived in Europe. We had sweet, savory, and the Scandinavian special, and all were fabulous!! Great service and great coffee, too!
