We had a very early dinner (around 5pm) at this beautiful restaurant and I must say it was an absolute delight.

The seating by the window provided an amazing view of the bay. The seafood was incredible. We tried both the salmon and halibut fish dishes and they were both cooked to perfection.

Our server was very attentive and was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and making recommendations.

My favorite part of the meal was undoubtedly the peaceful and calming experience of enjoying our dinner while seated by the window.

Overall, if you're looking for a restaurant with a beautiful ambiance, delicious seafood, and excellent service, then this is the place to go. I highly recommend it!

The food and service were fantastic! We had the calamari and crab cakes for appetizers, prime rib and crab legs, seafood linguine, and salmon for dinner. All were cooked to perfection, and as a lifelong Alaskan I’m pretty fussy about my seafood. We know that when we come to Ray’s we will get what we pay for and leave satisfied.

Relaxing, casual vibe with pretty harbor view. Good service. Food is not good, there’s just no way around that. Fish is poorly cooked, rubbery and doused in sauce. I had a halibut special and my husband had the salmon. Both were disappointing. The saffron rice that accompanied the halibut was exceedingly dry. The asparagus tasted off. My husband’s “roasted” veggies were raw. Crab cakes for an app were a solid “fine”, but heavily fried. For one of our most expensive meals in Alaska, we’re just disappointed. Had amazing and fresh halibut and salmon back in Girdwood.

Casual place on the waterfront with upscale food. Best to make a reservation! Awesome views of the marina too. The food was excellent. Try the fresh halibut! The curry version was spectacular. Service was great for our group of 7. It’s pricy but the seafood is so fresh!

This came as a recommendation and we were a little disappointed. Nothing was particularly bad but it just wasn’t very good.

The complimentary bread was served with dipping oil and was very yummy.

Our favorite was the cup of spicy corn chowder. This was a special and so happy we ordered. This was 10/10.

The captains platter was a 7/10

Cioppino was 6/10. Seafood was good but it was horribly sweat and sauce tasted processed.

Service was not very good, but I know it’s the start of the season here in Seward.

The view was very nice. We were seated by the window with dock views. Cute to see an otter swimming by while enjoying a drink.

Stopped in after a tour of the glaciers and bay. Saw whales, orcas, black bear, puffin, seals, eagles and more. Food was excellent and well worth the 30 minute wait we had. Our only regret was we didn't have any room left for dessert. We had Alaskan King Crab legs, New York Strip steak and Halibut and enjoyed each one.

Chowder was the best we have had in AK! Service was excellent. Calamari was sub par. Steamers were good, broth tasty enough to sop up with their delicious bread. Bread loaf was excellent!! Crab cakes were tasty but just a little overcooked and dry.

Food was really good. We had our anniversary dinner here. We had crab cakes, chowder, crab legs, halibut curry. Everything tasted delicious and service was excellent.
