Went on a busy morning and had a great experience. Lots of options to choose from in the menu, and I'm sure all of them are good. I enjoyed my caramel banana cheesecake crepe and it ended up being pretty messy but good. I may have gone for something savory if I went again. Despite the business the service was great and they bring the food out to you after you order at the counter.

Cute space with a variety of crepe choices and coffee drink options. Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Staff was very nice and checked in with our table a couple of times. Crepes and coffee were delicious.

They obviously take pride in their food. We had the Alaska Breakfast and Crab Melt crepes with Caramel-Banana Cheesecake to go. They were all delicious and there is something for everyone.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Friday morning. Was a bit hesitant- didn’t want a sugary crepe for brekky but after seeing other reviews and the array of options we gave it a shot. Our whole family loved it! 3/4 of us got the Alaska crepe- eggs, cheese, reindeer sausage, mushrooms, onions. Perfect size & filling for breakfast. Fantastic! Coffee was decent too. Only complaint- felt like a salsa or hot sauce option would have been the icing on the cake. Would def go back again!

Absolutely delicious crepes! Lots of options, savory and sweet. Good sized portions that leave you very full! We got the Alaskan breakfast, Veggie breakfast and Strawberry Cheesecake crepes - they were all phenomenal.

After reading the reviews and getting a recommendation from our Airbnb host we decided to try this place out! And so glad we did! We got the Alaska Breakfast Crepe, Smoked Salmon Crepe, Meaty Breakfast Crepe & a Whip Cream and Berried Crepe! We loved all of them. Some were a bit heavier than others so I’d suggest to go with a lighter one if you’re not super hungry. Very tasty! ????

I've been here dozens of times. Each time was great. Quick Service, Fresh Food, and easy to order. Lots of parking curbside and in the lot to the east of the restaurant. They have a cute little Courtyard with Christmas lights and great atmosphere. Highly recommend it. Had multiple friends traveling with me with different dietary restrictions and they were able to meet all of the needs of each of the individuals.

While visiting Fairbanks we asked 2 people where we should eat. Both people told us, without hesitation, The Crepery. I had the ham and cheese crepe pictured in this review and it was delicious! Highly recommend a visit here when you are in town.
