Big store with a great friendly and helpful team. We were after a wide variety of goods and staff were brilliant at directing us to the appropriate aisles. Prices were excellent and wide variety of sizes and products.

Love that they're redesigning the store and finally adding a good amount of self-checkouts. Used to be extremely long lines with only 6-self checks. Now there are 26!!! Much better

I'm not a Walmart fan. Just needed to use the restroom before my 45 minute drive home. The restrooms are at the front of the store which makes it convenient, except when their employees keep walking in front me slowing my ability to get to the restroom. At least the restroom was somewhat clean.

I never thought I would be reviewing Walmart because my experience has always been neutral, not good or bad enough to post a review, however I have to admit, I was there earlier today and it was great.
They are currently changing the store layout and I had trouble finding what I needed, it was not even 2 minutes before I could find an associate and asked for instructions, he was not only friendly but also accompanied me and helped me to find the item I was looking for. A couple minutes later, I was just browsing and was approached by this store manager who asked me if my experience was okay so far, I told him I was very pleased with the experience yes.
They had several cashiers open and also the self checkout was not full.
I was able to find what I needed (mostly because of course, we live in Alaska) but it was great.
I highly recommend this location.

Haven't been in Walmart in years. Went to buy some storage tubs on sale. Asked the "greeter" to point me in the direction of plastic storage tubs. She had no idea what I was talking about. Told her not to worry, that I will just browse.

The new self checkout kiosks do not have enough Assistants to address the individuals having difficulty with payments (older patrons for example). Waited 15 minutes in line to check out my one item. In addition to people needing help and being stuck waiting for assistance, many kiosks are closed. Out of the 12 available, only 3 were operable and did not have another person stuck during payment. This made for a long wait line. Management needs to fix this issue including to have more Assistants to help patrons self-checkout.

They profile me every time I go there and follow me around to catch me shop lifting. So much so that when I go to the self checkout, the attendant will stand next to me while I am scanning and paying for my groceries. Next time I will put them to work and have them push the cart since they are there and it's obvious what they are doing. Bad heads can't even keep their shelves stocked. That place went from bad to worse.

This is the newest walmart in town, so theoretically, it should be the cleanest and best stocked, right? Nope. The parking lot was absolutely filthy! Trash, including food garbage, was everywhere. There were transients with their belongings in carts out front. It almost stopped me from going in, but I squared my shoulders and went in anyway. I was immediately struck by the contrast from outside to inside. It was clean inside, and all the shoppers were actually shopping. Feeling better about my situation, I went down my list. Immediately, I noticed that almost nothing on my list (items carried by walmart) was there. I spent most of my time in the store searching for missing items. By the time I actually left, I realized that half (not an exaggeration) of the items on my list were not available. This is my closest walmart. I think I'll drive farther and go elsewhere from now on.
