It’s always a hassle going anywhere these days, however I can say if you’re a little down this is the place that be. The Manager is always entertaining and willing put a smile on your face , laughing, sometimes singing and engaging with all the customers as well as handling all your shipping needs. This is one business I look forward to seeing. Thanks Mr Many you always make my day.

UPS is definitely one of the greatest places ever - they have and do everything when it comes to packaging, shipping, labeling and even my personal favorite - the PO BOX service ! However, I have a special THANK YOU today for one of the most pleasant UPS employees ever - special Kudos to Crystal who educated me in so many ways about what to expect when opening a New PO BOX here at UPS - I know it may seem like a minor issue but it was a major one for me because of how important it is for me to have one for my business, in addition to this the lengths Ms Crystal went to ensure me of all that she did really made me feel comfortable and that I could trust the safety and protection of my box as well If I may add - Excellent customer service is my main reason for this review ! UPS will always be great, but it’s not because of them in itself, it’s their PHENOMENAL STAFF !!! Blessings

I have to begging with how frustrating and stressful my day was in my attempt to ship an oversized box... "40x40x4" Every quote I was receiving either matched the price of the object I was attempting to ship, or cost substantially more. But there is a very happy ending to my tragic tale... My hero appeared in the form of a charismatic, thoughtful and patient UPS employee... This employee only went by the name "Z," and fortunately he was able to solve the riddle of my shipping and packaging sorrows. Thank you, "Z," and thank you UPS Store #6422... I can honestly say, I'll be sleeping sounder this evening. ????

My first experience here was great! Had to return some Amazon items and it was a breeze! The two young ladies at the counter were so friendly and were the highlight of the visit. Finally there is a sign that customer service still exists. This will definitely be our first choice when it comes to UPS store services! Thank you!

I ordered some tires from amazon, ups delivery driver delivered them unwrapped just strapped together; they were the wrong size so I have to return them. I came to the UPS on watson rd and they refused to take the tires; the manager there said they have to be fully shrink wrapped in order for them to take them. All the tires already had their individual shipping label with weather protection. This store let me down:(

The customer service at this location and amazing. Z was very very helpful when I came in yesterday and went above and beyond to assist me. The rapport with the customers that come in is great and the environment is really pleasant. If I could give more than 5 stars I will.

This is from my visit on 2-9-23. I took my daughter’s birthday gift, to be sent, also an Amazon return. When I entered the store, there was a nicely dressed man, by the door. He could have been the independent owner, or senior manager. He was standing beside a woman, dressed in black. He told me, it will be a couple minutes. So, I patiently wait. A register opens, and I was greeted by a pleasant young woman. She quickly took care of the Amazon return, as I looked for a box, to put the gifts in.
I found a decorative box that was perfect. As she tried to take my address and name, the man and woman by the door, came over and stood right at my side. They were pointing to shelves, while loudly talking. They were talking so loud (over me), I had to repeat my information three times. The woman waiting on me, was getting frustrated. I asked them, please keep it down. When I started giving the woman my daughter’s name and address, an employee on her other side; starts almost yelling, to a woman at his register (again, talking over me). I had to repeat my daughter’s information; several times. I too, asked him to please keep it down. The young woman, again frustrated. Not at me, at her coworkers. I told her “It’s sad, that grown men and women, have to act like that”. An employee behind her, heard me, and starts fake coughing. I could tell it was fake, by the scornful glances, she gave me.
The young woman that waited on me was very courteous, and helpful. She even help me pack my daughters package. The other employees; were everything but.
Over the last three years; I have witnessed many businesses in Buckeye, AZ, exhibiting rude, sometimes hateful and childish behavior. They can learn a lot; by walking across the street, and observing, the way Cracker Barrel treats their customers. You can keep your apologies. They are empty, and meaningless.

Zee has the worst customer service ever! I've never had an issue returning an Amazon package in the original packaging. Now a new box is policy? Since when? And to snicker and whistle after not wanting to do your job is just rude! Now ups has to come to tonopah to pick up a package that should have been taken in store.
