They are frequently sold out of common items and the pickers for the delivery or pickup orders stop in the middle of the aisles instead of closer to the edge which makes it harder to get past them. I have never seen them open all the checkouts even when the place is full with long lines. The self service area is also hard to get through when other customers do not pull their carts fully against the checkstand.

Their fried chicken still has feathers and the deli clerk did not care when I said I didn't want feathers.

Would love to give this Frys a 5, but they're always so short staffed. Stood in line at the deli to get the items I wanted and then walked down to the hot food only to realize that I should have asked the woman that was helping me to get my hot food too. Most of the workers are great, but some are not shy about their dislike of having to work there. So sad.

Two days in a row the drive thru pharmacy isn't open around 11:00. Complete total disrespect for customers especially for those needing to pick up heart medication. This whole store gets to be more of a joke every day

Store is fine. Wish they had a bigger deli, boneless wing bar all the time, and stocked more NOS, but I HATE digital coupons!!! This is true of all Frys not just this one. They never work and the employees get agitated at me for asking for help. Just give me the dang deal already!

I have never had a good experience here. The employees are lazy and rude. The store is constanly a mess. I would hope the new one will be better but I'm sure it will be run with the same incompetence. Do not call if you ever have a question either they will hang up on you for something as simple as asking if they're closing early for the holiday. Like they can't be bothered to stop tiktoking on their phone.

Tatiana at the bakery is such an awesome person! She has such an amazing spirit, extremely friendly and helpful! The best customer service!
I needed last minute donuts for my son’s soccer tournament, I wanted to place an order for next early morning pickup, she wasn’t 100% sure if she could, I asked if she could contact her manager, I was in no hurry…. She went out of her way to contact her manager for me,,,, and I was able to place an order!!!!! Thank you Tatiana!!!! You’re the best & should get employee of the month!!!!!

The Kroger Brands are very good but not as abundant in other areas if the country I have shopped at Kroger. The wine bar is a very nice feature!

Disappointed with Fry's today, I received a call from an elderly neighbor, he asked if I could stop at Fry's on Watson in Buckeye, on my way home from work and grab him his digital coupon items,(I do this often as I'm out there already) I told himi would as I was grabbing mine...well evidently something went wrong on his end, ( I believe he accidentally unclipped them) so the coupon wasn't going through, so the clerk says tell him to send a screen shot showing that their clipped...he's not computer literate he couldn't figure it out...so now I'm standing there and she's making me feel like I was lying about clipping them...This has happened at Safeway before and the clerk will override it...I guess I will start carrying his shopper's card????u200d♀️????.GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT ????
