Went through drive thru, asked for nachos with chips on the side. Asked for chili roast beef, queso, lettuce, black beans, green salsa n asked her to add rice. Well as you can see, I got a soupy mixture, no rice, can’t even tell if there is green salsa, and charged me $3 extra.. for what?? Def not for presentation.. def will NOT be going back.. Who looks at this And thinks.. “yup, I’m serving this!”

CUSTOMER SERVICE
My wife and I waited for 5 minutes, and then we were greeted. She then told us to give her a second and persisted to restock 5 different items. It took us about 10 minutes to get our food.
After getting our food, there was nobody in line and I see the same workers just chilling in the back.
You could have not restocked then? They did not need to restock any of the items we needed for our food by the way.
Manager did nothing about it either. No wonder they have horrible reviews.

Table was dirty. If you ask for lettuce be prepared to cut it all up yourself cause they give you full lettuce leaves. Salad tastes nothing like other Cafe Rios…..there is a problem here! Don’t bother trying to use QR code on the table to tell them of problems…it doesn’t work!!! Stood in line to tell them about problems….never was acknowledged!!! NOT WORTH $5.00 and we paid $38.00!!!! STAY AWAY!!
AND what is with a QR Code on the trash can so customers can tell you the trash is full???? That is YOUR JOB and NOT MINE…..Corporate needs to step in on this one!!!

The quality & portions have dropped since they first opened, portion is literally half the size, especially on the enchiladas. We got about a good size tablespoon of rice & beans, I hope they get back to grand opening quality!

I was super excited when I pulled up and saw there was no one in line to order! I walked in and I believe someone from the back greeted me?? I'm not 100% certain though. I than waited for someone to take my order, I kept waiting, and kept waiting. I watched online order getting filled and people coming and and grabbing to go orders before I finally decided to walk out.
At this point I was going to go through the drive through but I decided against it because I figured sence they were to busy to acknowledge me, they must have a long line of cars piling up. As I pulled out of the parking lot I was shocked to see not a single car in the drive through.
Needles to say I left hungry and disappointed ????.
I will check back in some time and give an update.

Clean establishment. We went later in the afternoon and there was no line. I ordered a double chicken bowl and it was great! Their servings are large which I love. The food tasted fresh. My wife and son enjoyed their food also.
