Drove here from phoenix to get a passport application appointment. Quick and easy service having all of my documents ready. Less than 15 minutes start to finish. Great customer service, no line at the time I came in too. Definitely worth making a day trip out of if you need a passport. All the appointments are booked in the valley.

Visited this PO to apply for my passport. Very quick service and very efficient staff.
The gentleman who helped us (sorry forgot his name) was very knowledgeable and had all answers for our questions and helped us fill any missing info.

Called just to see if they have a UPS drop off point at the post office as several neighbors have told me they do but ive never used it. The man that answered was very flippant said they usually dont take ups packages because they "dont get credit for picking them up". I explained I had just wanted to drop it off. He said you can but it could be awhile for ups to get there. I said thats fine as long as they aren't sitting there for a year. He laughed at me and says OK. I asked "is that how long it can take?" He said maybe ive had packages here for weeks and up to 6 monthes. He was extremely rude when I was just trying to get some clarification or a yes or no about being a ups drop off. Meanwhile my neighbor tells me she just dropped a ups package off yesterday with no hesitation or problems. Just the amount of condescension and rudeness from him was uncalled for especially out of someone that handles your supposed to trust to handle your mail.

They don't deliver when it rains or snow, despite the USPS motto saying they deliver through rain and through snow. Mail is delivered at various times or never delivered. The employees are nice and when I send things out its sent out same or next day, but other than that they can't seem to deliver mail consistently.

Mail lady would throw my packages over my fence one was even damaged because of this it was pretty expensive lady would never notify me if I had a package waiting at the post office that I needed to get no note or anything I just had to go down there and ask they couldn’t even find it at first because it was hidden kinda makes me suspicious of the post office here.

Lets start by, I never leave reviews lol but I went to this location to apply for a new passport and the service was beyond great! George processed my application and he was so nice . Thank you joe for squeezing me in.

I love our post office! I thought I left my keys on the counter today (Saturday afternoon.... Closed) and I left a message. My whole life is on that key chain! George went down after hours to check for me! I found them in my car but he really went out of his way to go check for me! George really went the extra mile today! Thank you!

George is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. Only 2 stars because I have not received numerous pieces of mail over so many months that my credit scores are being affected. I've received other people's mail as many times.
