Ordered a 8-piece chicken only box. I received seven thighs and one unbelievably small breast. I understand chicken comes in different sizes but the thighs were some of the smallest I have ever seen. Didn't look until I got home.

Wow I paid almost 11 dollars for a 4 piece meal and the size of the pieces had to be from a chic. They were so small ridiculous. Plus the side of mash potatoes was only like one table spoon. Wth. It seems they trying to serve less for more money.

Went through the drive through. Received extremely rude service. Not stunned as I've virtually stopped eating Popeyes. This seems to be the norm no matter where they exist.

Ordered a 2 piece meal breast and wing.. with mashed potatoes for side. Got home and had no potatoes. Called back and got no answer on phone. Too far to drive back for the potatoes.

Waited 40 minutes for the workers to fill every order in the drive thru, and at least two couples who ordered their food after me in the lobby were able to get their food and eat before i received my food. Another patron who entered after us and had already sat down to eat asked my husband how long he had been there, it ended up being 40 minute wait on a very small order for literally no reason other than ineptitude. Get it together.

Ordered the shrimp for the first time. It was the best I've had from a fast food establishment. The biscuit was very good along with the red beans and rice. The window personnel was terrific (a young man). I left my credit card at the window and he ran after me to return it. Although I thanked him please reiterate my appreciation for his honesty and integrity. I am attaching the receipt which I hope id's him. Sorry, no photo of the shrimp, I ate it. ????

It was closing time when we got there. The order was not perfect but they gave us extra chicken and biscuits which made up for their mistake.

Bathroom out toilet paper. Let a employee know and she informed me that there were out of toilet paper. Said someone needs to go get some. Told that's not how it's done.
