This morning. I went to grab a biscuit meal before work and had a horrible experience. First off, I pull up to the window and there was a car in front on me that backed up and got out of her car with her food that was wrong and walked back to the window in front of me to return her food. They gave her the wrong food which was my food and they grabbed it back through the window and gave her another bag that was wrong again. They gave me a bag that was not mines and it belonged to the lady that was standing at the window. Omg then I give the bag back to let them know this wasn’t mine and then they grabbed it back and gave me the bag that the lady returned. It was finally the right bag but it was already half way unwrapped and it was just the sandwich not the meal. So I then tell him that I had a meal not just this sandwich that this lady just returned. He said that they only charged me for the sandwich. Are you kidding me? I just paid 10.26 for this meal and here’s my receipt. He then threw out another bag with a hash brown in it. My drink was a sweet tea and it was unsweetened. Never again! I just threw the whole meal away! Disgusting!

This was the best experience my family and I have had at a McDonalds in years. The cashier was so kind and respectful to everyone, including the other employees. Food was the best we’ve probably ever had at a McDonalds ever. Kudos to this crew!

McDonald's has really gone downhill. Used to be my absolute favorite. Seems like all they care about is getting your money in the window. Went through the drive thru. No condiments, no napkins and no straw.
Didn't bother going back for them because he employees were abstract, uncaring and unfriendly.
If you taking my $4.50 for a large order of fries ???? you should have the courtesy to smile and pretend to be polite. Rally is my new go to.

Not a bad McDonalds. I’ve ate here several times without any problems. Today the lady taking orders was very friendly and the staff seemed happy to be there.

Sometimes this McDonald's does not alternate between the drive thru lanes. I had five cars get waited on that showed up AFTER I did in the opposing lane. I just drove on off and went to Burger King.

Legitimately, the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. Long wait. Bad food. Burnt. Incorrectly put together. Bad service. No thanks.

OMG I went in for a frappe and waited 20 minutes, workers doing more laughing and playing than work. And it was made wrong on top of that! I will not go back to this location.
