Order was messed up from the start, I show up and my order had to be remade. The lady making the pizza was operating the register and coolers and didn't wash her hands after handling money and stated above. Will not be back.

Paid $27 dollars for one speciality pizza - paid for extra cheese which we did not receive

The only problem when you pay online... It said that I didn't have enough in my account... when I had plenty it took all but a penny... I know a penny is a penny but still it's a pain when that happens... so didn't run my card again for a penny just paid it in store... That was the only problem I had...

The guys there work their butts off. They have a hard time keeping employees because work there is fast paced and challenging. I like getting my pizzas here because I see the hard work being put forth!

Put in an Order on the app, pizza hut charged my card and the manager Tommy let's me know he can't do anything about it. I put the order in a second time for cash and he won't break a $100 bill even though it is a $40+ dollar order and the reason I'm having to pay cash because they say they don't have the first order I placed.

We really need another pizza place that delivers as Tommy made it clear he doesn't care about his local customers.

I did send an email to corporate about the error (which happens with technology) and the poor service with Tommy and his team
