The West Memphis OC has one of the best shops in the network of Schneider's shops. Even if they're backed up and you have a minor trailer issue, they will get you into express bay. Or they'll help you out if you're in a hurry. Especially if the trailer needed something done and it's been sitting there on the yard for more than a few days, they'll get it done immediately!

There's a Shell gas station with a Dairy Queen right next to the property, and about 60 ft away is Coast to Coast medical clinic. Which does minor doctor visit, urinalysis and USDOT physicals.

I learned that these reviews are a waste of time at some places, because it does not seem like anything is ever done for the person that's been treated awful.

I will name only one name at the location that is Mike Simpson (tm) he is extremely rude and do not care nothing for African Americans so you know what that means I am surprised why he is still employed so long.

Super nice truck super nice equipment but they never want to get you home on the weekends ever. You literally have to get rude with them and tell them you’re going home and just go home whether they like it or not.

Clean facility. The food ladies were always great to approach. The park across the street is a must go to relax in the mornings. Perfect spot to fish.

I wanna know who I complain to because everytime I leave my truck parked here for an extended time when I come back it's got new scratches on it, I just bought it and it's a dark color so scratches stand out and this time it's a deep one that looks deliberate
