Store was not kept as I remember, I don't live any were close to Gene Stimson's.. More like 30 miles away, so I was schocked to see my nabor hood grocery store change so much, no one takes pride in the community anymore..
Just sad.. Back to store it was not clean parking lot had lot trash,

Yes it's across the bridge in West Memphis, but it's so neat clean & organized. The customer service is worth the drive to me.

Very pleasant experience shopping here, it's been a very long time since I shopped at any Big Star Grocery Store. I'm originally from Chicago Illinois & I've been in the Mid South since 1998. As a child traveling with my Mom and my Dad we went to a Big Star, but I hadn't been to one since that time. Can't wait to shop at any Big Star and soon

I was telling my daughter how nice and wonderful the staff are in BS. She said management must be really nice to the employees. I hope that is the case. The Ladies in the deli have been awesome for years. Keep doing what y'all do! Y'all are The Best.... Happy New Year's ????!
