Half of the menu was unavailable because they ran out. Everybody had attitudes like it was my fault they were there. Then it's been over an hr and we still have not received our food. STAY AWAY.. finally got the food after over an hr. Look like a 3-day-old omelet the bread was so stale. By far the worst dennys I've ever been to. Then to top if off they don't offer refunds. Eat your own risk. The last thing u want to do is order food at a place where everyone there is miserable because that will be your experience there as well.

Absolutely the
worst experience I have had at a Danny's! 50 minutes for an (appetizer). 7 people besides myself in the entire place. 5pm on Sunday. 9 dirty tables . Service is the worst and they don't care. But quick to ask if you want to leave a tip.. you should want to do better!! Very very sad. Won't be back.

Went there on Monday Super dark in the restaurant, my server was super rude she had an attitude the whole time when the food came out it looked like it’s been sitting in the trash for a week and was cold not to mention not correct whatsoever. I was charged for stuff I didn’t get and was told we can’t take it off the bill $34.67 and all I got out of what I ordered was burnt pancakes over hard eggs that were supposed to be over easy and my toast. I was missing the meat the appetizer god even my drink I got one drink and never got a refill. However as bad as that was I still went back yesterday. It took 45 mins for the food I watched the cook walk out my server Bennea was good she was nice. When I finally got my food it was good. I still asked to speak to the manger though because of the waiting situation she was friendly and the one who cooked our food she explained that management was new and working on the quirks of the restaurant. I was unpleased with the cockroach climbing up the wall next to me though through the middle of my meal. I understand management is trying to turn it around but until then I’m not going back there by far worst Dennys I’ve ever been to I should’ve just stuck with McDonald’s or something

When I walked in the told me the kitchens back ordered and i had to wait for 45 min to just take my order and i asked for a coffee and they bring it in this dirty cup

The food is good but the west Memphis arkansas location doesn't really take coupons, not even the rewards coupons so its kind of useless to have the rewards feature when this is the only location available to you within at least 50 miles. However the food is always good and the staff is often pretty nice.

Thought giving them an hour was enough but apparently not even an hour and a half was enough. Told 10minutes for seating. 10 turned into 30 and the only reason that we even got seated (not even bothering to check on the customers up front) was because of an elderly gentleman that the waitress knew. Same elderly gentleman got his food before us. We never even got our food. We left and paid for the drinks. I was getting a horrible migraine for not eating. We received no service in the whole time we were there. If you have time, go for it. But an hour and a half (and probably even longer) was too much.

Put in an online order, then pulled up to find out they're closed. When I called Denny's to cancel, the call center worker told me I have to call the restaurant directly to cancel the order. How am I supposed to do that? They're closed! What a headache--I just want my money back.
