The food was fine but be prepared to sit in the drive thru line for a while before they even acknowledge you are there. many people even drive off we didn't we went inside and stood in line for 5 minutes there were more people on break sitting down eating lunch that had a Wendy's uniform on than there were actually working there were only 3 people running the whole place that's why it was so slow

Twice in a row I've ordered a large drink and was charged for a large and given a small. First time I was given a a second small but the second time all he said is all we got is smaller and pretty much shooed me away

The Wendy's in Helena Arkansas needs some cleaning done. If you go inside to eat you will not want to eat their food.

Wendy's Restaurant is booming with very good business during the lunch hour.The cars are lined up all the way to the highway waiting there turn to get to the drive thru window.

It took at least 25 mins in line. Then we ordered Chili baked potato with butter.Got the order no butter. I ordered a burger lettuce onion only no cheese. Well I got 2 pieces of cheese. Only good thing was chili and unsweet tea. Rude service.

Service was super slow. At the drive through the order taker got our orders wrong and then argued with us that we did not know what we ordered! The order we received was nowhere near what we ordered. 1 star.

Drive thru is very slow, but the food was hot. I asked for a package of ketchup a d the person acknowledged. When I opened the bag no ketchup. I guess I should have checked before I left.
