The McDonald's at West Helena is not managed very well. I and some friends go at 7AM every morning and half the time, they are out of different foods or drinks. The staff act like they don't see anyone standing at the counter to order and ignore the customers. The only and best morning person is a lady named "Destiny" and she is very helpful, and tries hard to do a good job. The other employees don't want to wait on the customers. Whoever -- managers or supervisors -- that are supposed to order supplies, don't do their jobs. Hopefully these items will be corrected soon.

Told them I needed two double quarter pounders and one chicken sandwich that gave me two quarter pounders and a fish sandwich. I was two and a half hours away from my house and I already was heading home And our food was messed up order

The cashier in the drive through was nice but hard to understand or hear and the soda machines were down.

Everything was nasty the food the bathroom the Drinks machine was nasty and the drinks we horrible and they have a lot of roaches

Usually always quick. Staff is friendly. Very clean inside and out. Only reason for 4 stars is the espresso machine goes out now and then

They were only taking cash. I stayed in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes only to be told they were only taking cash or mobile app.

We got a few big double which tasted fine. The French fries was hot but for some unknown reason it did have that McDonald's French fries taste that we all love. Not sure why that was. Was the potatoes different? Was the cooking oil different? Was it operator error? The inside was cleaner that other McDonald's. The bathroom was relatively clean. But there were little to no toilet paper in the stalls. Please have one of staff do a bathroom inspectionore often, and if they already do...please make sure that the toilet paper is refilled.
