I was traveling. Thought that Taco Bell was a great restaurant. I was wrong. I went through the drive-thru ordered my food. I got a number two soft taco supreme combo with no lettuce and a root beer. I also got a chicken chipotle melt and 2 cinnabon two packs. The first time they left off my sour cream and tomato on my tacos. Told them that I needed it to be corrected. When did they handed me the bag of food back the second time, they had left the tomatoes off. Told them again it needed it to be corrected. The third time they didn't even put a taco back in the bag. So after three times I went inside. The fourth time they had to take my back back, to fix an order, they completely left out the chicken chipotle melt. I wasted my entire lunch waiting to get my order and by the time I that is the last time, all of it was cold and I was still missing a taco. Im thinking I may never visit Taco Bell again. This is absolutely appalling customer service. It would take a lot for me to consider wasting my time and money at another Taco Bell again with this absolutely delusional customer service representation. If there was a way I could leave negative stars, that's what I would give this Taco Bell.

Over all pretty good service... but at times they run out of things... this Taco Bell in West Helena, AR does not carry the Caramel Apple Empanadas

Food quality is what you expect at any Taco Bell or fast food chain. However, the service on some days/shifts can leave you feeling like you have just created the most impossible order or you are completely interrupting their personal time on the clock. Seriously, is it too painful to smile and pretend you like your job??? Remember it's not what you say it's how you say it and a smile can go a very long way!!!

The food is pretty good in most cases just don’t go late at night but the customer service is always good.

I understand that a fast food restaurant can be busy but when you have more than enough workers that can do a job really fast they should do it. With my experience here most of the workers weren't doing their job and they had bad customer service. I waited for nearly half an hour just to order and another half hour just to get my food. I am very displeased.
