These are the friendliest staff ever! They are all so kind and helpful. Especially the gentleman greeter(wish I knew his name) who stops everybody to give them a unique-to-them compliment. Sometimes he belts out in song and can be heard all the way to the back of the store. Truly magical. I look forward to seeing him each week for my grocery run. He just makes your day. All around, great staff. I was never a Walmart shopper in MI, but since moving to Van Buren, this is my #1 go to store and location!

Also props to Walmart for whoever came up with the app. I enjoy grocery pickup just as much as anyone, but when you want to go in store to browse but still have a list, it's nice to just open the app and see what aisle your item is in and delete as you add to your cart. Super convenient! Makes ease of shopping so much better, even in the event of a total store redo where the aisles change.

We use this Walmart frequently, but today we had a serious problem. Last week we were there and I ordered sliced meat from the deli counter. As I waited for it to be sliced I saw all sorts of morsels of previous orders all over the weigh scale. That was not very sanitary and I told him to weigh my meat on the other scale which looked fine. I thought of taking a pic but didn't because I had never had such a problem before. I was apathetic. Today I went to get more sliced meat, and the scale looked again like it did last week, so I took a photo and asked that the other scale be used (this was at 3:13pm). I pointed it out to the associate (she was new). I decided to show the photo to the store manager so went to the customer service while my wife and son checked out. I asked for the manager but was passed from person to person. I said this was serious enough to warrant the store manager but they didn't agree I guess. The last person I spoke to (Dwayne) told me the store manager was not in (how surprising!!!) so I showed him the photo and explained. He told me he would relay the message to the MEAT manager (note the store manager is on a pedestal that mere mortals cannot access or covering butt - you decide!) We shall continue to use the store. We like the way it has been redesigned and are very pleased with the pharmacy staff, as well as the rest of the store. Am I blowing smoke - photo attached !!!

Excellent Wal-Mart with a clean store and clean restrooms. The store is very well organized and the staff are very friendly. Self checkout is nice but the grocery pick up is the very best option! You can download the walmart app and order right from your phone. The store manager does a wonderful job managing this store!

Walmart is becoming one of the worst places to shop y’all close at 11 now and not open 24/7 stopped making hot food after 5 barley has anything in stock…why do yall have so many employees but doing less work makes no since need to go back to them older people these young no worth ethic people are trash…Walmart you need to do better

I go here because I feel limited to purchasing what I need when I want it. Being impatient has caused me to be here more than I would like to be. Why do I have to check myself out, then be stopped by an employee to see if I scanned all my merchandise properly ? I’m sure they won’t see if I’ve accidentally scanned something twice and I really don’t see them honestly looking.

I need to stop moving stuff around all the I like to get in and get out not spend my day and they're trying to find what I need and what's up with making me check out an bag my own groceries. I feel like I should be put on the payroll

It's a great place to go shopping. There's no turnovers there so when you go in you know the door greeters cashiers and really everyone there. So you feel at home.Also they have remodeled the store that gives you a mall kind of feel.

They sold me a used broken PS4 controller. Called 30 mins later and was rude about a receipt which we had. Not apologetic at all.
