Only my second time to a Chili’s but my 3rd time will be sooner than later. Menu was updated with a variety of fantastic dishes. Not being there in awhile I asked (my waitress) what she recommended and not only did she pick me out a meal to remember but she was oh so friendly and nice and professional. K she was working the bar that night and made everyone feel at home.

A disappointing visit to this location. I had the ribeye, medium rare, asparagus, and a house salad with avocado ranch.
Great service from "Jackie." Steak was dry, asparagus was barely cooked with no flavor. The house salad and dressing were great.

Walked in waited to be seated…. Then another group comes in and we are all standing there waiting to be seated and female manager has pulled two ladies off to the side laughing and gossiping. She even made eye contact with us and still did not seat us. A waitress with food in her hands seated us. The worst service EVER! Manager is just as bad! Order a plain burger and was served a burger with everything on it. Told waitress they took it back and scraped off everything and brought it back out and said they grabbed the wrong one. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and was given a salad with no Caesar dressing. When they took it back she brought it back out and said next time ask for it to be tossed. No, I just wanted the dressing to go with my salad. Brought it to manager and all we got was an I’m sorry. Pitiful! Also, was given a glass of water with paper in the glass. Do they even check things before bringing it out to customers?????

We were among the first customers on a late Sunday morning. The food was as expected, but the service was better than what I had come to expect from some other Chili’s locations. It was a nice lunch with some friends.

My salmon was just about fresh out of the ocean maybe even breathing, therefore i did not eat it nor did i eat anything else on the plate. I asked for the salmon to be recooked to my liking (how it usually is cooked here), and all they did was bring me sauces to flavor it myself. The server continued to charge us for it knowing we were very unhappy with the whole meal. I eventually had to ask the manager to take it off because the server would not. Good service from the manager but not the servers.

We just happened to find this place while traveling west on I-40. It was lunchtime, but the restaurant was not too crowded. We were seared right away, and our server took very good care of us. We chose items from the lunch menu, and the meal was filling and delicious. This is a well run Chili's Grill & Bar.

Good food! I had nachos like I’ve never had and loved them! Makayla is a sweetheart waitress so tip her well! The chips are really good, the salsa is tasty but it is a little too thin for my taste… Not much on the menu for vegetarians and the veggie burger is yucky black bean so I passed it up. There are many alternatives for veggie burgers and I suggest an upgrade. The menu needs vegetarian options. Outside of that, I enjoyed my food and the atmosphere.

Service was great and so was the food. Our server was helpful, polite and caring.
I was not that hungry and was able to order from the child menu and even. Was able to order the lava cake from the child menu.
Wonder why nor give them a 5 because there always room for appovement.
