Do not eat here.
It has a kid play zone, but at what cost...
Everything was dirty. Tables, bathrooms, counters.
Service was minimal. The napkin dispenser was out, so I had to ask for some and got a sigh, as if they were put out.
We got deluxe burgers with no ketchup, so they made up for it by giving gobs of mayo that smelled and tasted like it was left out for several days (See pic).
I don't get the picture of the other burger, and I should've, but I was mad at the time because it wasn't even fully cooked!
When I took it to the counter and staff saw it, they backed away at first, as if it was contaminated. As a secondary thought, they asked if I wanted another. And risk getting more food poisoning? No, thank you! I left the half cooked burger on the counter.
At that point, we threw away all food, including the fries. It wasn't worth the risk.
On the way out, they asked if we wanted our money back. I said no because I didn't want to be there anymore. I feel like if we had walked out a different way, they wouldn't have even asked, though.

One job too do....... Finish assembling the burger. Make sure said job is done correctly before you send it to the customer. This is ridiculous ????

Food we bought was good it was hot and fresh. In the young cashier charged me a dollar 30 for a glass of water. I hate to say it but I was ripped. Needless to say she said there was nothing she could do about it I was so I raise my voice more and she was still put the ticket in my pocket and walked away. And never stopped at another McDonald's the whole vacation.

We live out in the country so aren't usually able to visit more than once a week. My granddaughter has tried to order a Grimace meal for the last 2 times we have visited. The first time, the shake machine wasn't working and today you are out of the mix. Oh, can't get a frappe because that machine is broken. Really??

The cold, limp fries were gently packed in a brown paper bag. The burgers were tasty and way warmer than the fries that were colder than my ex's heart. It seems that if there is more than 1 car in the drive thru the intelligence level declines and they turn the fryers off. If this had happened once it would be excusable, but nope! Every time I order a meal same thing. I thought burger king was bad. Oh! there are other issues but this was just today. They should just shutter the place.

Service was much too long for a quick service restaurant. I'd expect the food to be hot and fresh for the waiting time but it was not. The fries were merely warm and not hot at all. Of course the ice cream machine was down too.

We used the drive thru. We ordered breakfast, yum sausage biscuits, they were delicious, they were not to hard and not to soft. The girl that took our order was friendly, and courteous. We received our food fast, and it was hot and ready.

Food is great service is slow they need to focus more on keeping the customer informed and satisfied most of the wait staff are children granted they are doing their best but there is no sense of urgency
