Edit - Harps resched out and agreed that the value was not there for the price. They are apologetic and are issuing a gift card of unknown value at this time. At any rate we appreciate the response and we are told the bakery girl is actually really good. On another note, despite the appearance, the cupcakes tasted pretty good!

60.99 for them to make a hideous "6" and write happy birthday on cardboard. Told my wife they would make 48 cupcakes. We got a random 34. The missing cupcakes could have filled in the "0" and they could have actually decorated the cupcakes. Severely disappointed and can't believe they charge $61 for this "specialty" cake.

My review is for the deli not the grocery store. They need to just close the deli all together. The employees that work back there are impossible to deal with, the condition of the hot bar is just nasty and trying to get them to prepare you fresh food is like pulling teeth. They are rude and act like you are asking them to do something that is not there job. My experience with the deli here is what we keep me from shopping here all together. ( Note: the cashiers and the manager are exceptionally nice.)

I went in to get lunch and ask about hiring my 14 yr old. I asked the lady at the deli as she was getting my food. She said she didn't know, another lady with a solid braid chimed in saying no, because of the USDA, I ask her where she's getting her information she said she just knows from working with the USDA. She actually said it was a USDA law. I asked what law and she got mad and started arguing. I asked if that goes for fast food because my daughter worked at a fast food place when she was 14. Lady said, with an attitude, the law was only for grocery stores. I think she was lying through her teeth and didn't really know what she was talkin about. She kept arguing I just left my lunch at that point. Needless to say I won't be going back to that harps

I love this Harps! Great customer service. This store is the only place I get a fried Chicken dinner from, Mouth watering and the sides are well seasoned. They have the best 5 for $25 selection around. Great choices.

Harps has many items that Walmart doesn't stock. Items as simple as Jello Brand Coconut Cream Pudding. Their Deli selection and quality of the foods prepared are the best around. Prices a higher than Walmart, but quality fresh meats, vegetables, fruits, and poultry makes an easy choice. Failed to mention the awesome bakery with everything so delicious and fresh. Even though the cost of groceries keep raising, we prefer Harps, it's clean, well organized, friendly customer service. An all around more enjoyable shopping experience. We are on SS, and may have to cut back, we will shop at Harps as long as we can..

Very happy to welcome Harps to Van Buren! We absolutely need a real grocery store with a variety of brands, foods, ethnic ingredients and spices. Can't give you 5* yet as everything is still in transition but very excited you are here.

It's been over a year now and the store has improved a little. Please work on produce, and offer more brands and diversity. You are our only grocer besides Aldi or awfulMart who is only carrying their "great value " brand in most products which is terrible quality. We need you for quality products and variety for which we have no other suppliers, such as Italian and mediterranean ingredients. Families who like to cook and try new recipes are reliant on you!

Store was clean and seemed well stocked for the items they did offer. However, pricing is a little high and the selection for a lot of stuff is minuscule compared to other stores, especially Walmart.

Disgusting and horrible bathrooms looks like they’ve never been cleaned makes me question how clean everything else is
