Sadly, the good service I received a few years ago when I could call the local Shred it directly is very different to now when you have to call a 1800 and filter through multiple inept, uncaring folks to make your appointment,...it was just pitiful. I feel sorry for the local folks. I'm regretfully forced to use another company. Regarding your response, you have 2 of my phone numbers as well as my email address. I think the 8 times I called your company is enough, so you can reach out to me if you'd like to discuss.

I would not recommend them. I called to schedule a pick up during a promotion of up to 25% off. I told the salesperson that I had 55 large banker boxes. He sent over a contract with a quote that was for 55 small boxes and said I would be contacted within the next couple of days. 10 day later I had to contact the company back because they never contacted to schedule the pick up.

Finally someone calls and the driver was available that afternoon. There was no explanation as to needing to have the boxes downstairs. The lone driver comes and starts to grumble so we lug the boxes down for him. His bin leaves marks all over our carpet.

Then we get the bill which was almost double what we were quoted and there is nothing that indicates we got a discount but rather appears from the invoice to be billed at a flat rate for the number of boxes.

Called the company and they investigated the claim and after a week of waiting for a response the salesman has denied the credit requested saying the discount was already applied.

It was not reflected on the invoice.

We will not be using them again.

Best prices and customer service you will get there is a worker named jaun that works that he knows his job and he works hard his job 5 stars for show be sure to ask for jaun if you need prices for all of your paper needs and he works in springdale go to springdale!!!!!

We have been using Shred-It for over 5 years. The current driver is very nice and willing to pick up extra boxes as needed.

Horrible service. Was late on delivering the Shred It boxes and charged me when they weren't even here at my office. Wouldn't recommend.

Bit difficult to find, but these guys are leaders in local shredding. Team is small and that holds them back a bit, but they can handle any removal needs.
