Right down the street from us! So conveniently placed for anyone traveling between Siloam and Springdale. This place is always busy!

They are pretty slow getting orders out though. When we came there was one other table in the building and they waited about 17 minutes for ice cream. We were about the same.

I’m hoping next time we return, the team becomes more efficient and I can increase the stars.

Ice cream came out “loose” and melted. I went in for napkins and commented “it was surprising the ice cream was already melted when it came out. The team member said “yea, it took us a hot minute to get it out” then walked away. Thankfully a team member came outside and apologized for the comment and how it was handled. That person saved this review from dropping down to three stars. I don’t want anything for free and I don’t need it to be fixed. I hope they get better as a team.

What a mess. They didn’t know their menu well enough to take my order correctly, my order was wrong when I got it and my shake was not even full for the size I ordered, my blizzards handed to me were an absolute mess as well to where I had to get another cup to put around it. They were out of chocolate ice cream?? What ice cream joint it out of chocolate? That’s a main flavor?? Highly dissatisfied, won’t be back. Get it together.

We went in to purchase 2 Blizzards at the Tonitown DQ. When we walked in, there were about 5 adults and about 20 children. We thought we would wait a long time with that many ordering; but to our surprise, another employee came to the register to take our order. It may have taken a bit longer than usual to get our Blizzards, but we were very pleased how quickly we got our order, considering how busy they were.

Honestly I've loved Dairy Queen since I was a kid. I grew up in IL and some of the oldest DQ's are there (including the original). I'm not exactly sure what's up with the patties, but something about the meat just seems cheap... Like McDonald's quality. Which is why I chose DQ over McD's. However the patties are thinner than I'm used to and dryer than sawdust. They were however put together very well. Clearly the workers are doing great, however the quality they're given is not the best. There were other minor inconveniences like having Pepsi as an option on the app (at that address) and not actually offering it. Kids meal somehow didn't come with the ice cream. So for 2 adult meals and a kids meal came out to roughly $30. I want to go back for the ice cream but I think I'll pass. I feel like we can get better for the same price elsewhere.

Super clean. Very friendly and quick service. Plenty of seating both inside and outside on the patio area. Food was great.

Great experience here! The food was made quickly and correctly. Some of the best attitudes I've seen in fast food employees. We were greeted with a smile and the service was impeccable. I asked for extra toppings in my Blizzard and they hooked it up! That's how it's supposed to be. Great job!

i ate here for 5 days straight as i worked in the neighborhood. This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. The staff is super friendly and have been super accommodating. The food was always hot and fresh ????. The owner should be pleased with his staff.

Had a bad experience using the drive thru window. They had me pull forward so they would bring my blizzards to me.... When they did, they were melting. The guy didn't even flip them and they didn't even bring napkins. I'm not one to complain in the food industry but this was very disappointed.
