Ate here twice. First time I was served the wrong burger. They replaced it, went to eat the replacement and it was undercooked. Second time we were served over cooked chicken. The worker explained to us they haven't cleaned the fryer that's why the chicken looks like that. It was rubbery and hard, not just the color. Won't be back. The manager had an attitude about the whole situation even though our group was being cool about it, we just asked to replace it with something not fried that was like pulling teeth.

The wait time was a little long inside. But it was well worth the wait. The sweet and spicy burger came out perfectly saturated but not overbearing in sauce and melted gooey cheese. Very polite staff, even the new girl who was trying her best. Delicious. Good experience.

Way below par. Messed up.order...messed up on credit card transaction. Forgot ranch dressing.and burn onion rings. Had Bad attitude when Pointed out .acted like it was our fault. not good at all.

Ok so yes, it's fast food and I never expect much. But, this particular store really shocked me. I got a burger combo, with onion rings and a drink. It was right at $10 and the burger was amazingly good. I also love the fact that they don't put mayo on their burgers.

It would be nice if families could go and get a burger without having to explain to their children/grandchildren why there is a 6ft bald man wearing lipstick and fake painted nails working there. How did this become acceptable?

I’m sitting here, the only car in drive at 338am and after sitting here 10 minutes waiting to pay and get my food, the chick in the window comes to tell me that we have to wait 3 minutes and 30 seconds on my chicken. BUT shouldn’t that 3 minutes and 30 seconds have started 10 minutes ago? This is my fourth visit (I’ve left twice) and so far you guys really suck. You’re friendly but do not seem to know what you’re doing. I do not think I will be returning. I don’t mind waiting, but I just checked my clock and it’s been another 5 minutes of waiting. Burnt chicken or cold?? Guess we will see.
15 minutes since she took my money.
The good news is that they dropped my onion rings right away!!! And my 4 year old could eat their fresh “hot” chicken.
25 minutes for a single combo and I definitely will not be returning to the Siloam whataburger.

Who doesn't love Whataburger? Lol we love all their food. This location has very clean dining area and restrooms. My only bad thing to mention is if you go inside and order to go they don't offer sauces like spicy ketchup. Spicy ketchup is my most favorite condiment on their menu. We have been to this location twice, and the first time we didn't get any sauces. On our second visit I made sure to check the bag and had to ask for sauces.
