Store was clean and nice, but it took a while for someone to come and take my order. Employees walked by and wouldn't say anything. I understand those people were probably actively doing something, but it took a long time to be greeted.

If I could leave no stars I would. Idk what this is but it doesn't look right in any way just glad I noticed it before I swallowed the bite. More and more people have said it looks like mold. I hope something gets done about this location this is disgusting. No regard for customers health and safety.

I ordered a crispy chicken meal and was given a fish sandwich in a crispy chicken box. I don't eat fish at all. I was quite upset when I got home. Also, the screen was not working so we could not even see the menu, we just had to tell them what we wanted.

Tables were mostly clean. The fries were old and soggy and only filled half the container. Like most other locations they don't give any type of actual customer service. They called out my order number instead of using there table topper method. The prices have gone up so it's no longer the cheapest fast food so I'll just spend the same money elsewhere for better quality and most importantly, customer service.

Worst experience I have EVER had at a McDonald's. Which is saying a lot because I have been served burgers with no patties before. The kiosks weren't working so I had to order at the register. Steven took my order and he should NOT be working in that position. He completely messed up the entire thing after I went through it multiple times with him and had an attitude when I was trying to make sure it was correct. After informing 1 lady it wasn't right the problem was not rectified. I then spoke to a man about it but to my dismay it was so rushed that things still weren't correct. I then had to go oder and pay for the last 2 sandwiches that were still missing from my order and yet again Steven put them in incorrectly after saying how I wanted them twice, I ended up telling the manager that it was incorrect as they were starting them. I then get home and the first things that were made were now cold and the fries were inedible. To top it off there attitudes could be described as dismissive at best.

We came in around 9:40 pm to grab a late night meal with our kids….NEVER AGAIN. We waited 30 minutes for our food, they sent out cold, disgusting fries and our pies looked like they’d been smashed and were 4 days old. The restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Honestly the worst I’ve ever been in. I mean I get it, minimum wage equals minimum effort…but seriously that was pure laziness.

Horrible support, I signed up with Google method, then like 2weeks later was signed out the app for some reason, didn't remember which method I used so I used email option with the same email set for Google sign in method, and I be locked out, spent 6days already with customer care, I do what they say, and I'm still locked out, and they repeat the same advice 3times, and they dont get my issue, they thinks its my phone, or app, like nah its my account login method, there's 2 with same email smh

If your ever in a hurry don’t order here. I’ve ordered thru the app, walk in, and drive thru. I’ve ordered at 10pm at night 2 pm and lunch time. It doesn’t matter home busy they are they are always so slow. And last time I got shakes and they were like ice cream water.
