Great good. Good staff. Restaurant is small but clean. On a busy day you probably will find it difficult to eat in. Most all seats are metal. Not the cozies place to eat.
Got the Hook and Ladder to go. Only took about 3-4 minutes to get my sandwich.
I added their pepper sauce to my sandwich and it was fantastic.

Very food food and they were very accommodating since I had weightloss surgery and can't have bread so they made the sandwich of my choice into like a salad and it was very

Sept fresh and tasty sandwiches. Always - ALWAYS finish my small or medium, and mostly finish the monster large sandwiches.

Friendly staff & exceptionally clean store.

Very saucy!! Just like I asked. One of the best firehouse I have been too. Very fast. Only issue wad with the app. It didn't let me order.

Ordered as the receipt shows in the first picture - drive 15 minutes home only to open the hook & ladder with lettuce and some kind of sauce when it was supposed to have only tomatoes and the Cajun with tomatoes when it was supposed to have lettuce and sauce only. Super disappointed and not even worth the time to drive back there for them to correct it because they were so busy. The cashier also couldn’t even pay attention to us when ordering. I’d like to think I would’ve enjoyed my sandwich if it came as I ordered it which is why I gave an extra star.

We had the club, it was great! The tables and drink dispensing area could have been cleaner....
And, yes, if it needs cleaning, service score gets dinged
