Loved the experience here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when ordering and the food was a nice change of pace from the usual American offerings.

The schnitzel was cooked well and had pretty good flavor. The sausage was definitely the star of the show. The polish habanero one was very good. The sauerkraut was also very good and was a nice touch to contrast the sausages and mustard.

I didn’t get a picture of the pretzels or the Reuben, but both were a big hit! The beer cheese was fantastic. Their fries were also super good.

I’m not sure if they use sausages from Siegi’s in Tulsa, but they sure tasted similar, and I am here for it!

Cool place in downtown Siloam Springs. I have driven by here a ton of times but this was my first time stopping by for lunch. Simple menu with great quality involved. I opted for the Reuben sandwich and it was excellent! Owner is very friendly. This place is worth the visit!

Sausages where great as the mustard. Fries are awesome crispy right spiced! Potatoe- salad needed a little more pepper less salt, same for the Schnitzel and might 10-15 second less in the fryer was a little dry. (It was pork might with the right veal it turns out juicier).
To bad the beer license was expired by previous owner was hoping for a German beer with the food. Giving 5 stars guys work hard on getting it reopened and hiccups will happen the first couple times.

Just to state, I don't give out 5 stars w/o almost a miracle.
I was very pleased eating there today. I want a jar of their in-house mustard. I will be returning (and also asking if they sell the mustard yet)!

I had the mushroom schnitzel, red cabbage, and potato salad, and they were all very good. My son had the sausage platter, and he said his was a little disappointing. He had to use a dipping sauce on 2 of them. The sauce he chose was the Curry sauce, and it was a wonderful addition. All in all, it was a good change from the regular places we go to. I'll definitely go back and try some of their other foods

Real chill atmosphere for sure. Like old pub turned restaurant. The guys running the joint where super chill guys and really nice. First time eating here. Had the Mac and cheese. Homemade right there in the kitchen with cheeses and heavy cream. Sooo good. Huge helping and I'm a big boy and could barely eat half.

Ordered the curry wurst and fish n chips.
So. Good.
Almost cried when it was gone.

Almost significant to say the bathrooms were VERY clean and nice.

Amazing food no matter what I ate, these guys know how to FRY!! The schnitzel was awesome and great fried goodness, and the fries are done so dang well, my favorite kind of french fry! Mac and cheese was freaking incredible, as was the sausage and coleslaw. Warm potato salad was very nice as well, not my personal favorite but I still respect it as a great dish, and I'm glad other reviewers enjoyed it. It was a generous portion of warm potato salad. Great sauces, even good water lol. Will be back and very happy with my first experience with German food :)
Service was also awesome, and food was out quick considering all we ordered. Only had one other large family dining in with us.
