We were waiting for our 3 bags of burgers and we realized they never put gloves on or washed their hands!!! Touching clothes and multiple food items at a time. On top of that when we sit down to eat we find MOLD on our buns.

Not a bad place to take the fam or hit solo.

I had the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Hamburger. The patty was juicy, but not as thick as one would hope for. The Rocky Road shake was great, high quality milk.

I upgraded to a shake from a drink for free, I didn’t want to lose money not giving one.

The place itself was not too clean, but the workers had a big smile on their face, so you can’t really complain there.

9 bucks for fries, a burger, and a milkshake is a steal to me.

My first walked up to the counter I knew a lot about this establishment. I could tell that the manager did not have any control over the facility. If you look at the picture it's very dirty. Trash all over the ground and equipment not cleaned. With all this I still found myself ordering a burger. I should have chosen Whataburger but I was already here. This was a Friday night and by the time we got our order it was 20 minutes later. This place must be to the go to place in Siloam Springs on a Friday night. Burger was good but nothing like the picture that they sell it.

Nice staff took our order and did fantastic!!!! Driving through the area on the way home and lunch was desired.... we dined in and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I might return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for lunch as they did on this night. I really felt valued with my interaction with the front counter staff They supporting staff were pleasant and smiling....that goes a long way!

Only -2 stars for the foreign object that ended up on my sandwich (hair) not mine.... Showed to the manager and she removed all sandwiches off our total bill. $13. Kind of an unfortunate deal as I was excited about the aloha chicken sandwich!!! (Hair pictured 4oclock on sandwich pic)
I ended up not hungry and finished my fries and very berry shake....
Manager - She was nice and even complimented my daughters on the cuteness... So that was neat.

There was quite a lengthy line at the drive thru, and I just wanted to pick up a quick breakfast bite, so I parked and went inside. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. My order was ready in a timely manner. The food was fresh and prepared how I ordered it.

The ice cream at this place is AWESOME! The product for the price is unbeatable. I actually kind of went off the menu and created my own by adding different things which resulted in extra charges and it still was under $4.40!!!!

Vanilla ice cream, brownie, banana, hot fudge, strawberries, whipped cream and a cherry....To Die For!!!!

Give this place a try. SOOOO GOOD!!!! And won't break the bank, even better!!!!

*my father got a banana split and my aunt got a cinnamon roll caramel Sunday...both also amazing*

We stopped here as we were traveling for soccer, and have always enjoyed Braums and have had positive experiences. Unfortunately this one was not one of them. It was very crowded and I do understand how that plays in somewhat. However, once we did get our order my 2 piece chicken strip meal was more like a strip and a nugget. I went back to the counter to point out the fact it was certainly much less than a regular strip size and expected them to make it right. However the worker proceeded to tell me that it was my bad luck because the bag of chicken strips comes in all sizes and he couldn’t help that I got a small one. Fine. I’ll eat all the rest of the gravy with the French fries since there clearly wont be enough chicken. Then my son opens up his burger to find a hair inside. After the negative experience at the counter we decide not to say anything and just do our best. Needless to say we didn’t leave feeling full or satisfied.

Food was great. Only issue was one of the employees was loud and seemed to pick on his coworkers. Showing off for girls and trying g to make a production of everything to celebrate his superiority and overall skills. It didn't help when he was pouring a shake and missed the cup!
