Then she went in bk there in Cust Svs , and I asked if I could return something then, which she ignored. Someone with an attitude like that shouldn’t be sitting inside the front door. I thought they were called “greeters”, but she acted mad that she even had to be there? Guess she had laryngitis or something!?
(Had to return a top since couldn’t find anyone who had a key to the dressing rooms, so I didn’t buy several things, and had to make trips bk to return others.)
Then a young girl finally came up to Cust Svs. carrying a cash drawer, around 8:30 a.m. or later.
Couple of wks ago, no one would ever come help me get a bike down, so my daughter and I had to get it down ourselves.
We are grateful to have both the Neighborhood Mkt. and the WM super center, though. A little friendly customer Svs would be nice, though.
On a positive note, Sat., maybe, on one of the many trips I had to make, there was a nice lady watching over the self ck area who asked if anyone had ever opened a dressing room for me, and I said nope, after asking 3 diff people.
Ms. Faye, on a ck out register, is always very pleasant, I would like to add.
Would also like to add how very nice and helpful an older, but not very old, lady is who is always stocking shelves in the area near the garden center.
A young, tall guy with glasses in the self ck area sometimes is also very nice.

As I entered the store, I noticed that a refrigerator adjacent to the Deli is leaking water and causing a large puddle. I mentioned it to the young associate (at entrance), but she chose to disregard the issue.
I left the store at 7:15 pm. Puddle still there and now NO carts available at entrance. Young lady at entrance now has another associate to chat with. I offered to have her check my receipt (some items purchased, were not bagged.
I understand that getting good help (or ANY help) is difficult these days. But you have minimized Associates, when changing to a majority Self Check-out process. This was crazy. Not normal either, thank goodness.
I DO give KUDO’s to the tall, thin, younger gentleman (hair braids) working in Produce! He was sweeping the carpets and then cleaning up the debris, without forgetting us customers. Good job!!

Bags are not stocked correctly so they dont open when pulled off stack. Employees that were in self checkout area standing around listening to whatever on their airpods. Harrassed by greeter for receipt to prove I did their job correctly. Threatened to have police called when I declined to show my receipt. Gave him the number for the police department.

Well, it is "gon be dry" because I'm eating it now and theres no way they haven't made this thing days ago, its pretty nasty. How hard is it to follow through on a simple order?
These people in the bakery are ghetto, lazy, and unprofessional. Nobody wants to eat a 2 or 3 day old cake the first day they eat it, also would like to point out it took a good 5 to 10 minutes to even get a hold of someone because the phone just kept ringing and ringing
Theres no reason they couldn't have just made my cake the same day I picked it up, they are just lazy and rude, do better Wal Mart.
