Walked in and there was no one waiting at the host stand. Waited about 5 minutes and looked around. About half of the restaurant tables were open, and about 3 tables being cleaned. One of the gals cleaning meet us at the host stand and led us to our table, and took our drink order. When she returned, she also took our meal order.
So basically, she's hostess, waitress, busboy... waiting to see if she's going to handle cashier also...
I HOPE that US pizza is paying this gal enough to justify her handling THREE DIFFERENT restaurant positions... ????????????

The entire time we were waiting on our order, the dirty tables sat unattended and didn't get cleaned for probably 20 minutes.

On the upside, the salad was as good as it should be and has always been on my top 3 salads anywhere. The Chicken Pasta Primavera was very good, and Chicken Philly was acceptable and clean (needed a tiny bit more flavor, if you're not adding a bunch of cheese).
Our waitress/busboy/hostess was pleasant and on time for everything.

Just wow! Always on point. This most recent visit was during a diet time for me. We ordered Dave's Favorite on a cauliflower crust - superb in flavor, texture and appearance. One can always find great food here.

You tell me that you can find worse. I think the manager should eat his own product. Three hungry Christmas shoppers look for good atmosphere and good pizza at a pizza place would have had better luck.

Food was great. Always is. The service was great. The waitress was friendly and attentive without staying over your shoulder. This was the first time I had been inside of this particular US Pizza Co (normally just pick up food from the drive through) and the atmosphere was a bit off. There were two TV's hanging that were both off (fine by me as I'd rather hear my company's conversation anyway) but one had the TV box hanging out of the bottom with all the cables too. The room we were in was completely empty except us, and there was a weird feeling looking around the restaurant the way everyone was seated seemingly as far away as could be from everyone else in the restaurant. Maybe it was just an off night. I probably wouldn't like to be here if I wasn't with friends or family. But the food makes it worth it.

I am giving three stars because the lady in the drive through was very nice. My biggest complaint is that I called in my order and was told 20 to 25 minutes. My order was 3 small salads and 2 sandwiches. I received my meal in two parts and took an hour. It was very busy, but an hour is still excessive for some salads and a couple sandwiches.

The stars of the show here would not be the pizza. Although the pizza is good it isn't what I come here for. First and foremost, the salad Supreme is the play here. The house dressing is a MUST!! The stuffy sticks and spicy sticks are so good and the Scoobie sandwich is delish! All of their food is good, but some things are Great.

Ambiance I nice Camry was delightful as our waitress . Will Def be back and I adore the outside dining area it beautiful with waterfalls and fireplace. Very nice may even consider a dinner for my daughter senior friends.

It seems a bit posh compared to the humble beginnings of the chain.
The outdoor seating area is very nice.
The wait staff are happy and seem like they are not overworked.
The food isn't as good as it was in years gone by but it's still decent.
